Just moved house and without the reassuring help from Terri and the team I’m sure it could have been a lot more stressful, but with Terri she always kept me informed and couldn’t have made the journey anymore pleasant .I would recommend readings and say that 5 stars is just not high enough for the work they all did . So thank you all

One always wonders about Estate Agents, but I have to say the service we were given by Terri in particular and the team around her was excellent. We found that there is a very friendly approach and they are honest when things get a little difficult a rare ingredient these days. Communication is always very important and when there was further information available you could be sure that you would get a call to let you know. So thanks so much for selling our house and all the hard work that went with this.

Readings sold my property and we completed in May 2017. Readings were knowledgeable of the current market conditions and able to advise accordingly.. They kept me informed at all times and always returned my calls.. Once sold they progressed the sale through to a successful conclusion and negotiated with the buyer in my favour. I truly felt they were worth their fee as they made every effort to make sure I, as their client, was looked after in a professional and courteous manner.. Bravo Readings you were amazing...

Overall it was a good experience, Liz was excellent from start to finish. Even when our buyer was being difficult Readings remained professional and we eventually completed.

We tried the online only experience but felt that we weren't getting enough feedback. Readings and Liz in particular made moving home a much better experience than it could have been.
