Really happy with readings property services!! Sale went extremely well considering alls that’s been happening (COVID)! Liz was especially helpful even on her days off she helped with uncertainty and any problems we had!
Would highly recommend readings property services and there team!

I strongly urge anyone to check their google reviews which shows Readings agents true colours and not here. I have them the benefit of the doubt but learnt the hard way. As a buyer you will come to learn that readings are very rude and pretty incompetent. My mortgage broker, our surveyor, even other estate agents have experienced their impoliteness and all seem to know about their bad reputation. We were in the process of buying with them and got a home buyers report done which came back with major safety risks plus the property was valued less than offered, - apparently to them electrical standards, gas, and everything you could think of is 'minor'. Given that they weren't going to offer any reduction whilst threatening to put the property back on the market several times by voicemail- we told them we weren't pulling out and wanted to get a builder/electrician in to understand the cost of fixtures. They didn't reply to me, put the property on the market the next day and have now sold it to someone else without telling us. You will notice they put properties on the market, without any floorplans, EPCs, it really is just about getting the most commission and doing the bare minimum with them. Our solicitors had completed everything on our side yet 3 months down the line nothing was completed by their side but the moment we mentioned our report to them they were calling me all throughout the working day threatening to put our property back on the market if they didn't hear from me within 2 hours. Apologies for the lengthy review - I could actually go on! I'm not even one to give a bad review but they really are liars and all I want to do is give a pre warning to anyone dealing with them. I just wish I could warn the people buying the property we were going for.

Readings were amazing during our property transaction, given we completed just after lockdown, they were knowledgeable and pushed our purchase along! Huge thanks to Liz and Lee!

Finally my house went through after a difficult chain,but throughout the experience Readings were helpful,understanding and above all totally professional.I mainly dealt with Liz (who i originally brought house through) and in the 4 years difference between the 2 transactions she was so helpful and 2nd to none.Once again thankyou so much and if anyone is pondering selling with a national agent 4get it and go with an independent like Readings.You wont find a better service.

Lovely local Estate Agent. I've used them twice to sell houses and they've been first class. Liz knows the local housing market extremely well and has her finger on the pulse. The whole team are friendly and very approachable, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
