Always helpful friendly staff, however the door greeters, Last one I dealt with anyways) was not so great, picked up in store a few ps5 games and a controller and upon walking out they said they needed to record the codes of the games to make sure they get charged, (I already paid) anyways I let them take the info, after 20 mins I was really pissed, you have a greater that is very slow and hand hardly see let alone write down stuff to record stuff. Ended up taking a picture and sent it to her so I could leave. If this is a new policy please provide them with a scanner to make it quick seamless. it took me less time to find my games I wanted and pay for them than it did with her.

After a reasonable time waiting on the phone I was talking to a very understanding company rep I was able to receive my Gift card.

I pulled into the pick-up area and followed the instructions for the text message check in. Half an hour or later I went into the building to see what was taking so long and it turns out they never saw my information. After checking in it only took about five minutes to get my item.
The people I worked with were great and very nice. I'm just disappointed that it took so long.

I loved the delivery tracking and accuracy of the delivery window.
I called the store to order, but the computer system was down. The agent told me that he would give a note to a sales person to call me when it came back up. I never got a call. After closing time, I finally went on-line and ordered my TV. I had wanted to give the commission to a local resident, but failed. I am disappointed.

I ordered a couch, bed and mattress for black friday. My delivery came, and the other half of my couch I purchased was the wrong piece. I called customer service and they said I should cancel the couch order and try to get another couch entirely because the piece I needed is back ordered and not in stock. At that point, there was no offer of price matching of another couch or any suggestions, as the black friday deals were gone. I currently have half a couch in my living room. Upon discussing how to make this right, I was given a refund on the delivery fee, which to me is not sufficient considering I paid over $1000 for a couch that was in stock online, and now suddenly not in stock. I have no date or time of when I will get the other half of my couch so for now my living room looks ridiculous. I'm really unhappy with how this was handled and that no one seems to actually care that my purchase was a nightmare. Now I have to just wait for it to come back in stock and be home on another date to prepare for the delivery, and it's super inconvenient.

I purchased an electric range on June 11, 2022. When I purchased the appliance, the sales person assured me if there was any problems to just call and they would take care of me and I could return the appliance within the first year. The range quit heating today and when I called, I was told I did not purchase the extended warranty. I asked what difference this would make because it was within the first 12 months. When I asked about how to get it taken care of, she said I must go through the manufacturer. She gave me the phone number and I called and was on hold for over an hour. Eventually I did talk to someone and in about a week, I will get a service call. When they sell something they promise everything needed to get the business but when needing help with a problem, no good service from the store. Integrity means doing what you say and not making excuses. I do not think I will purchase again from RC Willey because of the poor customer service.
The company replied to my review saying they were sorry for the confusion in my purchase. This was not confusion but a promise from RC Willey. I also purchased a dishwasher shortly after and have no problems yet but at that time was also told the same thing. As stated above.
Integrity means doing what you say and not making excuses. This is definitely making excuses and not taking responsibility for what they represented when the purchase was made.

I purchased a new TV on Black Friday online for my living room. I called to get the setup and install package since that isn’t an option online. The sales clerk was very helpful. I have purchased a TV from RC Willey a few years ago and they setup and installed that in my basement and they did a great job.

The delivery guys were great. I bought online and wished there was more instructions on what needed to be done to install. They said because we didn’t purchase the hose they couldn’t do the service that I paid extra for. I don’t blame them, i was replacing a current appliance so I didn’t need a new hose.
Other than that we love the oven and the delivery guys were as helpful as they could be!

Associate worked alone to bring my order to the vehicle. Had to help the associate load my order into the vehicle as he said no one else was available to help. Associate requested after complete that I sign for the order and would not go back into store and and get a pen. Had to find my own pen to sign for the pickup acknowledgment.
