The isa was easy to open very pleased

Offered a good rate of interest.
Easy to apply for.
Good communication, I inadvertently gave wrong details but they sent me a letter pointing this out.
I rang & did not have to wait long to speak to a helpful human.
ISA transfer went smoothly after that.

Opening a new account was simple and efficient. I wasn't sure where to find my linked account and I got a quick and polite response from the Help advisor with the relevant information.

Opened a 2 year fixed rate ISA, the rate was very competitive and the process straightforward. Paying money into the account and transferring an ISA from another provider was straightforward. A bit confusing being allocated 2 reference numbers but communication was excellent from RCI Bank

Set up a 2 year bond. Great rate, easy and quick to set up and the best thing, that lots of banks don't do, is a brief email confirming the arrival of each deposit. Neat website too.

Easy enough to open but came unstuck when logging in as husband also opened account and as we only have one iPad/telephone it became obvious that only one of us could use the App. Got around it by logging on via website just a bit long winded. Excellent isa rate.

I have been very impressed with RCI bank and the savings plan I have opened was exactly what I wanted and was easy to open. It is also feels very secure and getting a message to confirm deposits adds an extra layer of confidence. It is also great to ring up and get to speak to a human being straightaway and not left in a queue .

I'm still no clearer about why I have two 'account reference numbers' but have at least managed to deposit some money. The feedback to emailed queries is quite slow but once I'd got the information I needed it was seemless - and I do think the level of security for logging in is good

Setting up the account was easy but I had difficulty in completing some transfers and was ably assisted by a very patient and helpful lady on the phone

Simple straightforward process to open accounts

I have Been saving with RCI Bank for over 10 yrs now. I have never had any problems and the transactions and account openings have always been easy and straightforward. Today, I have just opened a new 2 yr fixed ISA account and contacted RCI with a minor issue that I had with my holding bank. Emma very patiently guided me through the transaction from start to finish and stayed on the phone with me until it was completed. Excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Never had any issues with them. Their security checks are good and the website is easy to navigate. When my Bonds have nearly reached maturity they've offered very good rates to stick with them, unlike others that have assumed I'd stick with them even with very reduced interest rates.

I received excellent help today from Scott, who patiently took me step by step through a process to sort out my ISA application, which I had inadvertantly muddled! Scott explained simply & clearly, so that I was able to understand exactly what I had misunderstood on the website application form. I am extremely grateful for his help.

Always good customer service, good saving rates and easy to access saving withdrawls and deposits

I found the process very user friendly and efficient.
Also, I was impressed by the emphasis on security when accessing the account.

Sign up has been very easy and the interest rate is very good. Reason I have given 4 not 5, I think sending a verification code in the post is a bit antiquated. I haven't received mine yet, hope it comes before the expiry date for adding more funds.
