Plumber kept cheery despite pouring rain and unusual, time consuming job!
The good humouredness of the plumber. The obvious expertise of the manager he called - it was an unusual call out as builders had noticed a wet area on the patio paving stones, on a very hot day. Investigation revealed on old lead pipe that had sprung a leak.

Excellent service immediately before Christmas
The company came out to us just before Christmas when no-one else would. They fixed the boiler as soon as the new part arrived which allowed us to have a family Christmas with heating and hot water
