Raynaud’s products generally work by retaining and reflecting existing body heat rather than generating it. If your hands or feet are already cold when you put the items on, they may struggle to raise the temperature significantly. We recommend pre-warming your hands before wearing the gloves.

I bought some of the cheapest gloves (£20 incl postage). They kept the back of my hands warm but had no effect on my finger ends where numbness is my problem.
So they do not meet my need.

Silver Gloves are OK
The Silver gloves are good, very thin and can go on either hand. I have worn these with other gloves on top and they don't stop hands from getting really cold and numb, but it is slightly better than without two pairs of gloves. These gloves are best used as a liner or underneath other gloves. Still looking for gloves that keep my hands warm though

Many of our customers also find great success using these as a liner underneath a pair of insulated winter gloves to provide an extra thermal barrier.

Raynaud’s can be extremely difficult to manage in very cold weather, and while compression gloves can help improve circulation for some people, they are not always enough on their own in low temperatures.
Many customers find the gloves work best when hands are warmed up first before going outside, as gloves help retain heat rather than generate it. They can also be very effective when worn as a thin underlayer beneath thicker thermal gloves for extra protection against the cold.
