The cushion was delivered in good time. It helps greatly with my comfort,and tendency to develop pressure sores, as I now have to sit for long periods due to lack of mobility. It is quite easy to set up but I can see it could be an issue if your plug socket is on the wrong side for the cable-fortunately mine was ok. It is very quiet-but not silent, when operational and really is hardly noticable. It would be helpful to have bit more explanation of what to expect when you first use the cushion regarding the inflation/ deflation cycle. Fortunately google came in useful! Overall a great product with the ordering and delivery being excellent.

Delivered promptly and I have been comfy from day one with the Invacare propad pressure relief mattress topper. Quality is good.

Ithought l could wear them to bed but they leftstrap marks on my arm as l am on blood thiners. My experience with the company was 100% and the itens arived on time. I forgot to ask for vat releif but that was my fault.⁹

I needed to sleep higher in bed during a cold with a nuisance cough at bedtime. The pillow helped keep me in a good positon. It is very comfortable. I use it in my armchair too. Delivery very quick.

Ordering was fast and easy on their website, communication level was automated but very high - the time between Ordering and despatch was very fast and I had my product the next day with updates on delivery time. The product itself worked well to raise my sons simba mattress 6-8 inches fir reflux.

I ordered an other cushion cover for my wheelchair. Really appreciated the cover when it arrived as it was exactly what I ordered. This company were very honest, when product was delayed they e mailed to appologise and gave new expected delivery date. Would use this company again.

The website is easy to navigate, the product range is good. Delivery was a mess though. Some how the address was wrong, my postcode, my mums street address but no flat number.
I can only assume that when putting in for VAT relief that part of my address was substituted with hers. Got there eventually.

A member of the team emailed me to let me know my wheelchair cushion was delayed which is really appreciated it as it was expensive

I ordered a frame to support bedclothes following a foot injury. It arrived promptly and fits the bill. However it lifted my duvet which is a double on a king size bed a bit too high and I decided i could achieve what i needed with pillows. There was no quibble returning the item and the procedure was easy to do. No downloading of label.

help and quaity of goods ordered were great.Arrived on time

No real issues with ordering but the communication around delivery was quite poor. They did did advise that the item was going to be delayed but I didn't receive an email as promised when the item was actually dispatched, and I had to call twice to get the tracking data for the delivery.
