I rented 4 tux’s for wedding. The suits and service I received was spot on. Even when I needed to make a last minute change there were no problems and there were no hitches.

Perfect customer experience! I got married in the US in December so had to have my family bring out 7 tailcoat rentals which felt like a risky decision. Megan answered all my questions and really helped us make sure the measurements were all correct before I hit order. They were high quality tailcoat sets and fitted my groomsmen and me perfectly. I was worried something would go wrong but going the experience was so seamless from start to finish. We'd researched a few companies and went with Rathbones and couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

I hired a 2 piece Tuxedo and shirt+accessory package from Rathbones Tailors for a black tie event.
The website was very easy to navigate. The size guides were easy to understand and true to size as it turned out.
The tuxedo arrived promptly on the day they said it would be delivered.
The tuxedo itself was immaculate and fit like a glove. I felt a million quid in it.
It all came in a suit bag, in a box with clear instructions on how to return it.
The whole experience from start to finish was stress free and easy. All in all, 10/10.

Hired a morning suit for a wedding - best hire company I've used for wedding suits. The try on service was excellent - I would have ordered completely the wrong size otherwise. Next time I need to hire a suit I'll go to them again.

Needed a suit for an event last minute. Easy to order, delivered to my door, and then simply had it sent back.

Very helpful and professional throughout - saved us a sizing error that could have been very embarassing! Tuxedo bundles were excellent quality, rapid delivery and returns were straightforward. Would not hesitate recommend to anyone and will definitley be using again.

Great quality dinner suit and excellent service.

I used Rathbones Tailor for an additional wedding suit last month for my brother, and the delivery service and rental length worked perfectly for the occasion. The size wasn't quite right, but a new size was sent straight away with plenty of time before the event, Megan was very helpful and friendly throughout, as part of the customer service team.

Would definitely recommend using Rathbones if wanting to hire a special suit for a wedding, the races or other occasions.

Having been consistently unimpressed by MOSS when hiring for previous events, I decided to search out alternatives and came across Rathbones. I was immediately impressed by the quality of the photos online and range of options available, albeit I remained somewhat sceptical about it being an online only business. From the moment I placed the order Rathbones over-delivered in terms of their communication, delivery times and quality of the suit. The team that manage the communications are excellent - very quick responses and with a real understanding of your order. So much better than Moss Bros! The suits are great, they arrived early and the staff are beyond helpful: when I had a problem they overnighted me replacements without question. Would give six stars if I could and will definitely use again when I have the need.
