Delay
About a month has passed and I still haven’t gotten my products through international shipping.
Have tried communicating via gmail but to no avail, really hope I can get my products before august.

Order arrived delayed by Royal Mail
Order was delayed by poor service by the Royal Mail. It arrived over a week after expected.
Rasta Farmers offered to resend the order but the delivery arrived before they had to replace.
The product itself was great. Service let down by postal strikes which is a real shame for small businesses.

Thanks for taking the time to write us a review. As discussed via email, we sadly chose to send our products via Royal Mail who have had a huge backlog of post due to their strikes.
During this period we got back to you with the tracking code, and shared emails to ensure that the products arrived. This was sent on 48 hour tracked but didnt arrive for 2 weeks but this was out of our control.
Sorry that we didnt cut the mustard this time, we are looking for further options to ensure delivery isnt as delayed next time.

Broken shampoo bar
Disappointed. The shampoo bar arrived all broken and bar tin is too small to fit it.

Perhaps it isn't clear on the website but the shampoo tin we sell is from a specific brand called "Earth Kind", this tin is made for the "Earth Kind" shampoo bars and I assume you may have purchased a different brand of bar.
We have happy to offer you a full refund on the tin if you want to send this back to us. And we have added a note to the listing on our website to ensure it is super clear.
