🚨FRAUD ALERT🚨Do not order anything from here!!! Total fraud. False advertising. No response. Now I have a new odd extra charge too!! Take them down.
They added extra shipping cost and they take you money because they secretly start the subscription you do know about.
I ordered products from GETGROWS since OCT2025 & to date, I have not received anything.
When I check the "status of the orders," it is saying "not yet shipped," which is ridiculous, as it is more than 4 months.
In addition to the above, when my Credit Card was charged, GETGROWS added on charges for each order, which were not shown online when the transactions were completed.
GETGROWS is a very unethical company, they operate in a very underhanded manner & refuse to respond to any emails and/or queries.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered the wash in shampoo hair dye on 1/3/26 for 24.00 free shipping ..Then it went to a 3rd party PIXIEVOGUE.COM
They charged 34.99 now on the 10th 11th and 12th have tried to charge my account 39.99 they won't respond to emails when u call its all automated and eventually hangs up on you!!
I ordered two products and opted for express shipping and was so excited when I received my order confirmation. But still am yet to receive my order. I reached out for assistant as the tracking number they provided leads nowhere and doesn’t provide any useful information, all I got in response was an automated email saying my order was in transit with a different tracking number which… once again… leads nowhere with no helpful information.
Pathetic service. And at this point I’m pretty sure they are just a scam. Is it really so hard to just reply to an email where you actually answer the questions that were asked?
They have been taking money from my card. I have no idea how they did this because I haven't bought anything from them. The fraud squad here are investigating them. I hope that they get caught and get what they deserve.
They are a Scam don't order anything from them. I tried ordering my wife some hair vitamins liquid. And later they tried ordering jewelry off my card. I'm so sick of these types of people when you try and support small business. From here on out I'm not ordering nothing from nobody in small business can't trust them.
I will never order from this company again and will spread the news to others. I placed an order not realizing that I am allergic to one of the ingredients. Soon after I place the order. I contacted you about the need of me changing my order. You took it upon yourself to proceed with the order even before a shipping was in progress and even before a tracking number was made. This is my first and last time ever purchasing anything from this company. Poor customer service.
They show 30oz bottles. I ordered 4 bottles of Mary Ruth's hair grow vitamins. I paid $54.53. with the order they gave 1 extra "vip" bottle. When they arrived a few weeks later, I got 5-1(one)oz bottles. Yes, 5 oz total. I don't think it's even the actual product. I think it must be fake. Everything looks good on package, but very suspicious that "Mary Ruth's" is nowhere to be found on package or bottles. It did allow me to submit a ticket. We will see if they get back to me.
Sent me 30 ml instead of 34fl ozs yet got charge the price of larger bottle. Stupid me ordered one for me and one for family member.
They tell you to submit a request through their website which I did, then when I click submit it comes "access denied". I then sent an email with no response.
They take your money and say see you later sucker.
The first time I tried to order something I needed desperately on a site other than Amazon and I got scammed!!!! I ordered a bottle of hair tonic for $14.99 and added a second for $4.99. The charge went on my bank card that day from someone in Florida. Also the same day another unauthorized charge showed up for $24.99 from a company in North Carolina! Several days later another unauthorized charge of $39.99 came out of my bank!!!!!!! I had to close my card!!!! I made several calls and was given the run around by 4 different people and the last one hung up on me when I threatened the Florida attorney general involvement. The first order finally showed up with two tiny bottles in it. Not Even close to the size depicted! My bank is going after them, the Florida attorney general, the FBI fraud dept. And others. These thieves used me for their own bank account and I am not working right now! Do not order from anyone that you don't know and NEVER USE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!! AMAZON ONLY FROM NOW ON!!!!!🤬
The instant I placed my order my card info went to a third party and the bank closed my card. Now I got "what I ordered" it looks on their site that the package size would be 887ml, I got one serving size 30 ml. A scam.
As other reviewers have said, this is a scam. I did receive a product, a 30ml bottle of Mary Ruth's hair vitamin liquid, having ordered the 887ml syrup and being massively overcharged for postage. You are also automatically signed up to a monthly subscription when you order. I immediately contacted customer services to cancel the subscription and query the extra postage cost. They responded to confirm the cancellation and fobbed me off regarding the extra charge.
When I received the product, I reached out again to request that the full size be sent out. They returned £2.97 as a partial refund. So you end up paying £20 for 30ml of random liquid, which smells like a drop of peppermint oil mixed with water. No offer of having the product I'd ordered sent out. Daylight robbery. Avoid.
I ordered Mary Ruth's multi vitamin and they charged me more than I ordered. I haven't received the product and don't believe it will come. They then tried to take another $18 out of my account, luckily my card blocked them. But had to get a new card. Avoid this seller. They are using different names also when collecting money- which is not the business name.
Scam. They call themselves "getgrows" but the payments are under "caughtcheeky.com." It's common for scammers to do this to try and avoid detection. They stole an extra £40 from my account and sent products that were 30ml instead of the advertised 887ml - charging me for the 887ml. Absolutely sickening level of narcissistic entitlement and evil involved in this company.
