Arrived yesterday- did wonder to my dogs teeth, highly recommend.

If you have a dog that will let you safely work in their mouth, this tool is AMAZING. The ultrasonic waves literally broke off large chunks of the yellow tartar build-up. This is far less expensive than going to the vet and having them do it. This thing really works, I was shocked! Take your time and offer lots of positive reinforcement for the dog and you can work through it. I wish I got one sooner!

Most useful thing I've bought in a long time. It extremely quiet and helped my Chihuahua eho had extremely bad build up and couldnt get anesthetized due to a bad heart murmer. I highly recommend for anyone whos dogs need their teeth clean. Just remember to reward them handsomely as you go.

I was very skeptical when ordering, but I had to try something because I simple can not afford $1300 for him to get a second cleaning in just three years. It took a while for him to get up to level three after about 45 minutes. It did a wonderful job cleaning his teeth!! I was truly shocked. It wasn’t uncomfortable or heavy to hold, felt well made

Our dog is 11. Vet bill was projected to start at $1500 for a cleaning. I did not want to put her under plus knew it would be more than the “start” estimate. Absolutely mind blown 🤯 by how well this tool works. Takes some time on the thick/tough spots but eventually gets them. We do a tooth to a few teeth a night. Works amazing. So grateful.

I tried this dog dental cleaner with my pup, and even with limited use it managed to remove tartar from her teeth. From what I’ve seen, it has great potential and I can imagine it working really well with regular use. I appreciate having a product that shows results even when my dog wasn’t able to tolerate much of it. Definitely worth recommending!

AVOID! Horrible customer service. On their website it says cancellation is possible within 24 hours after purchase until the order is shipped.

I emailed customer support requesting the cancellation 10 minutes after purchase, they ignored my emails until the order was shipped and i received a email notifying me that cancellation isn’t possible anymore.

I was ready to ship the order back unopened and receive a refund but customer service isn’t responding to my emails.

P.S If you complain on their instagram page (i wrote the same review i wrote here) they just delete your comment and block you.

Ordered from a product from them over a month ago and not even an order confirmation. Asked for a refund but the ai chatbot “Chelsea” assured me a follow up on my order. Nothing came of it and i requested a refund 3 times. Nothing came of this too. Absolute scam. Never order from here.

The Ria George review listed above is the exact same thing that I have encountered. I'm not going to invest the time to go through all of this. The product and process is virtually worthless. The warranty seems viable, but is a scam, and is worthless. They have to be laughing about what they have done to so many.

Very cool gadget! Easy to use, quiet when operating. Works very well, my dog had significant brown stains/tartar and it quickly removed it all. I almost want to use it on myself, hahaha!

I initially bought this because I thought it was a great preventative method to upkeep dog dental hygiene. I bought this for the descaler specifically. When I received it and tried it on my dog, she was extremely reluctant. I realized that terrorizing my dog and prodding a sharp object near her month is probably a terrible idea for her safety and even for mine as well, even though I would never expect her to attack or bite me. I sent an email to return the product, where they initially dismissed everything I said and instead sent me a training video to acclimate my dog to this product which is terrorizing her. I told them again that this is not a safe thing for me to do with my dog, where they then brought up the “60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee”, which only allows POSSIBLE returns for pet owners who have tried this product consistently for 60 days but have not seen expected results. You have to send a before pic, an after pic, vids of the product being applied to your pet, proof that the product was being used regularly (3x/week). Like WHAT??? My biggest concern is the safety and wellbeing of my pet which is why I gave this product a chance. The fact that they are so dismissive and want proof of me continuing to use this product to get my money back is crazy. For the record, I would never buy a product that didn’t have a return option/policy. They way they word their policy to this 60 day satisfaction guarantee is a SCAM in itself. In addition, I was to note that they said that if the product is used, they may only be able to give a partial refund because of it being a hygiene product. But yet, they’re saying they will only MAYBE issue the refund if you use this for 60 days consistently and send proof?
How does that even make sense? You’re telling me I have to use the product to maybe get a refund but also I won’t get a refund if it’s used.

If I could recommend anything, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. this company is a scam. Save yourself the headache.

It doesn't work. I tried it on my pet. Can't even remove the tartar. Don't waste your money. Too expensive to try out. Regretted my purchase

This product is actually a super easy way to keep your dogs teeth clean, my dog is small and sensitive so it took 2-3 tries for her to get used to the machine but in the end we managed to clean the sides of her teeth where she had a lot of built up plaque (something that would have cost us $200 in a normal clinic-crazy) and it didn't hurt her at any moment. Will definitely keep using it to clean my dog's teeth every month!

My 6lb chihuahua usually hates anything that touches his teeth, but this tool is super gentle and easy to use. It removes tartar from the front and back teeth without bothering him at all ♥️ The key is to start slow and show him that it’s not painful , I used the product on my hand first so he could trust me and let me work on his teeth, and of course I used some treats😅😅His teeth look so much cleaner now, and his breath is much fresher too, SO it’s definitely worth it for small dogs like him!!!

Customer service responds to inquiries promptly and is knowledgeable about their teeth cleaning product. Customer service sent me instructional videos when my dog didn't like the product.

Misleading advertising. I have small dogs and I knew chances were small this would work, but they kept saying 60 day money back guaranteed. Well that's a straight out lie. Here's the answer I got from them.

Then say you'll return the $$ if it hasn't been opened, which of course makes NO SENSE. Their ads should say NO RETURNS!
