None of my dogs tolerated this device. Return policy - a BIG JOKE. This sleazy company does NOT offer returns. Don't buy the 3 in 1 Pet Cleaning Kit unless you have money to burn or flush down the toilet. Worthless piece of junk.

I ordered from rare pet back in early May. Their shipping said 48 hours but I did not expect that to be accurate so I waited 2 weeks until I emailed them admin about my order. They told me that a delivery attempt was made and failed so I needed to confirm my address. I checked my address and I have a ring camera so I know a delivery was not attempted and the address I put in with my initial order was correct. I said ok well at least I’ll get my product now. Here we are 2 full months later and I still have not received my product. I have been back and forth with them via email and have requested a refund 3 separate times and they just keep sending me the same message about having g escalated my order and having a high volume of tickets. I get it, but at this point I just want my money back and after the 3rd time of requesting a refund and them not honoring it—I’ve just had to dispute the transaction. I will never order from them again.

I have not used this a lot,but have used it. Now I cannot get it to charge...and it isn't because of overuse.

Sent them emails with video included. My dogs are not doing well with this product. And this is their response. I've copied the email to this. You will not get your money back if you can't get it to work for your pet. They wants to make you jump through hoops. Product is loud, even on the lowest vibration it's too much. And the water pick is streams, so harshly that I wouldn't even use it on my teeth.

This company needs to be more transparent about their return policy. I have an UNUSED item that I wanted to return right after I received it and they said they could not due to hygiene issues. However they said if you use it for 60 days and document usage by pictures, videos and dates you used it, they MIGHT offer a refund???? This is absolutely asinine as then the unit WOULD be used and unhygienic!! I’ve read other complaints with persons actually documenting and videoing and they still did not honor their ridiculous policy! This company is a total disgrace. I know that if I saw a NO RETURN on my item, I would have never purchased it. They need to be accountable for ripping people off. Also, you believe that your purchasing from a company is the US, however with the shipping times, you know it’s coming from overseas. Please avoid this company if you do not want to get scammed.

Besides their fraudulent claim of “60 day customer satisfaction guaranteed”, in the end even if you provide all the evidence they require that you have consistently used the product, they refuse to refund the money claiming since it is a hygiene product they cannot “take it back”. These people will do anything and find any reason not to refund your money . This was the most horrible customer service experience. It is false advertising, and they need to be held accountable for ripping people off.

The company claims other have a risk free guarantee, but leads you on for weeks requesting more photos and videos and then does not offer the refund.

Do not buy their products!!
They do not stands behind their return policy.
"Risk free" guarantee means nothing for them after you receive their product.
I had to open a dispute since they did not want to let me return it.

Got this for my almost 4yr. Old 11 lb. Chihuahua mix. He's an aggressive chewer but still got a tarter buildup. I got this and 1st tried it on my finger, but it did nothing. Tried it on my fingernail and it started vibrating. I tried it on my little guy's teeth, it has a vibration on his teeth but soon as it touches his gums it quits, so no damage or pain. I am only doing a couple teeth at a time to get him used to it, but he is accepting it well. It took a couple tries on a thicker build up on a canine, but it got it off and the teeth I have done are shiny clean again. Getting the back teeth are a bit harder but am able to do it. I'm glad this thing really works so good. I hate having to have a dog put out for teeth cleaning and it's expensive. Wish I would've had this for other dogs I've had in the past.

Got mine and tried it and wow I’m impressed my dog has a really bad build up and it takes more than one go to budge it but I am so glad I got this highly recommended 😊

I actually bought this a month ago after my vet told me it would cost $450 to clean her teeth. It works perfectly and is so worth the money!

I don’t usually do reviews (mostly because I forget), but, I have to for this product! I purchased a week ago- received a few days ago. Last night I thought I’d give it a try. Luckily my dog was more than complaint. I was in awe at how easy and amazing this works! It’s like night and day! Initially I said I’d start with a few teeth since it was a bit time consuming but the results kept me going. I ended up doing her entire mouth! (about 2 hours) She seems a lot happier now. 🐶 I’m thankful for coming across this and making the purchase! Def recommend!!!! 5 ⭐ I wish I had taken before pics. It was gross tho. lol

Before purchasing, please consider the following:

1. Very difficult return process. Read the policy before purchasing.

2. I mailed the package UNOPENED, and they won't respond to my e-mail, so I had to ask my credit card company to dispute it. Were they ever going to respond to the email???

3. I used a scaler I had to test if my dog would even let me use the tool on him. He didn't budge. My dog likely won't let me use this electronic toothbrush, which other customers have said make sounds. So before purchasing, see if your dog will let you touch his mouth.

Overall, really horrendous company.

I have bought a bunch of junk on FB but this one is amazing. Did not think my dog would let me use it on them, but she did and it got slabs of tartar off her teeth. It is awesome!

I have this. It works so well I bought more and gave them to my friends as Christmas gifts. It works even better if you spray a little water from a squirt bottle onto their teeth while you clean. The plaque slides right off. I use this on my Siberian huskies. It works beautifully.

Just got mine today and my dog let me do a thorough cleaning on her teeth that had a ton of plaque built up. She's too old for anesthesia so I’m thankful to have found this.

Horrible product and even worse customer service. Steer clear of their false promises and their 60-day satisfaction guarantee is a joke.

I bought the RarePet.Co dental kit a few weeks ago and I’m honestly impressed. My terrier usually hates anything near her mouth, but the scaler was gentle and easy to control. I used the smallest tip around her canines and it worked perfectly — no bleeding at all. Her breath is way better now and her teeth look whiter. Definetly worth the price.
