Quick and easy service
I needed a few mild steel bars for a project I'm making and found rapid metals online , within a very short time I found what I needed, they also do a cut to measure service which I used so I only paid for what I needed which was also very reasonably priced , delivery was very fast , would definitely recommend

Materials supplied are of good quality and the pricing is fair. Delivery time is usually good and I have always had a complete order never a part order delivery, so all in all quite happy to use this company.

No more vehicle corrosion
Ordered stainless steel sheet and it arrived three days later. Well packaged and the material in pristine condition. This is my fourth order of this material and it's now built into my project car. Brilliant, no more corrosion. Thankyou Rapid Metals.

Great selection of materials and all supplied to specification but not as RAPID as expected !
I appreciate not all items are in stock but if there are any delays then a quick email with an update on delivery would be very helpful.

Use Rapid Metals with confidence.
I am a hobbyist and have been using Rapid Metals since October 2024.
I collect my orders from the Nuneaton branch and they have always been ready for collection within the stated time of 2 - 4 days, sometimes the next day.
The availability of small quantities is a great advantage and the pricing is very good, certainly much cheaper than buying similar quantities on eBay.
From my limited experience of buying metal stock, the quality seems to be very good and the staff at the Nuneaton branch are friendly and helpful, both face to face and on the phone.
Altogether an excellent service.

Outstanding customer service
Bought a few bits and bobs off RM for some time now due to their very competitive rates and ease of cutting smaller lengths as needed. Recently dealt with Natasha regarding some pipe that i needed some info on, she went to personally check the warehouse stock twice to reassure me the pipe was good to go.
