Real Horror and Scam in the name of Transport .
I booked the Relocation with Rapid Trans on Dec 09 with movement date of 17 Dec.
The agency asked me for 16 Dec 2024 I agreed .
On 13 Dec I got mail and confirmation for 16.12.2024.
at 1400 hrs .
I asked the agency the telephone number of the persons coming but agency never shared it to me .
I got a call at 1156 hrs from unknown number claiming that he is the driver and will be late in coming , I asked why he did not responded but told he will reach at 1600 hrs. and he will finish all the jobs .
I called the number again around 1600 hrs as I have shifted some items on myself but there was no response ,the driver called me at 1638 that he cannot come , but he will come tomorrow I asked him to ask Rapid trans to confirm by the mail .
There was no mail form Rapid regarding the delay or change .
On 17.12.2024 at 0733 the I called the number 0658623117 form which I got call and he was claiming to be driver but there was no response.
Now I got call from some other person from 0762141245 who also claimed that he is the real driver , I asked him to get confirmation from Rapid Trans that he is the real driver and from Rapid .
The person told the office will send the details as soon as office is open .
I wend to drop my kid too school , in this time on driver also came with the truck saying that he is the team leader , I was not there in the apartment at that time, when my family asked about the other members of team they told that they are two and this is the team they have right now .
They person confirmed that two person are not sufficient and can do the job later , so I asked them to get the mail from Rapid and we need to agree and amend the signed contract .
The person went in 15 minutes but they had recorded the video of my entire house, WITHOUT PERSMISSON. They even not spared bathroom .
Two perrons asked me to discuss the plan with someone from their mobile , I discussed with him as he was not known person. I mailed the agency about the problems I faced and Request to call off the contract but the mail I got from agency telling me that I was not ready to move and they will not refund The agency told me that I was not ready as per the team that arrived in my place .
Agency asked me the next date I asked them 18 but they neve confirmed the next date and time .
On 18 I asked all the numbers but here was no response from anyone . I asked my French Friends they called them through their channels, The agency told them and to me as well on phone that they will arrive 0800 hrs on 19 Dec but I asked Them to conform through mail .
I got the mail in evening after 1800 hrs that to conform any date but after 23.12.2024.
I have send a legal notice to them and demand compensation as well
