Are you skeptical about this service? DO NOT BE! Finding Rapid Remove is a miracle. Our business locations have never been open to the public, they are private water treatment locations. Yet at some point, somebody claimed them and essentially made them active with Google, which allowed trespassers to post confidential pictures and layouts of the grounds. Even write reviews for "visiting" when they are not even accessible to the public. This became SUCH a nuisance and we made several attempts to request help from Google and Google made it BEYOND A NIGHTMARE with no help or guidance at all. And then we were lucky enough to find Rapid Remove. They were so understanding with all of our questions. The service is/was impeccable and they resolved YEARS of Google nonsense overnight. Worth every penny! Outstanding on every level!

Honestly, I am at a loss for words. It was a Saturday when a malicious customer began posting negative reviews on Google—eight consecutive reviews, all from different accounts. I was deeply distressed, having dedicated 15 years of hard work to building my business.

First thing on Sunday morning, I reached out to Rapid Response. By 2 PM that same day, my profile was reset, and all the fraudulent reviews were removed. This, in my opinion, exemplifies first-class service, especially on a Sunday.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. They fully deserve a five-star rating.

I received more malicious reviews this morning, I contacted Rapid Move by email, they responded back in minutes and deleted the profile so no more reviews could be left.

I wanted to leave a review for others who might be skeptical about this company. I thought their claims were too good to be true, i.e. removing your Google business listing within 24 hours AND not having to pay until the service is complete.

I looked at page after page of positive reviews most of which were translated from German, but was still apprehensive. A company that specializes in removing bad reviews probably wouldn't have any bad reviews, right?

Well I took my chances and it actually worked! I received an email from Matthias requesting me to allow access to my listing, the next thing I know it was completely gone. Not marked "closed", not buried under other search results. The Google business listing was legitimately 100% gone - in less than 24 hours (about 4 hours actually).

Matthias was so helpful and nice. He sent the payment link through Stripe, and the whole thing was done and paid for in just 1 day. I'm SO happy I didn't pay 3x more for the same service from an American company.
