Regret not knowing about this earlier; Slandering unverified and old Google reviews against my business all removed in less than 24hours. Google refused to remove these untrue spam reviews despite multiple appeals. Max was very helpful with his advice.

Grateful beyond words
I run a very busy business (sorry, I feel uncomfortable sharing details about my business due to harassment and cyber bullying) and we do not do any marketing as all of our clients are referral based. I have built excellent relationships with every single client. After 10 years in business, I received very hurtful and unhelpful comments on our business google account from people we do not know. The lies they started spewing about my business are completely untrue and furthermore, we do not have a single client who is capable to write such extensive hurtful comments in English as all of our clients are non-English speakers. This person even created more fake accounts to bash our business and I was flabbergasted. I figured that it was perhaps a hateful person or competing business that wanted to hurt my business, knowing that we are highly successful. I researched online about ways to delete my business account and realized that it is literally impossible to delete it on my own DIY style.

Brilliant service

However, some people will never be satisfied...so when some unhappy customers started to threaten us with bad reviews, we decided it was time to delete completely our business profile on Google.
BUT I didn't realize it was actually impossible to do it ourselves !
