Its a scam, you cant do the payout

I won $2800 on free spins bonus. I tried to withdraw and they requested kyc verification. I supplied it and it was accepted. I received an email stating this. A few days went by and I still didn't receive my withdrawal. I contacted them and they said they're waiting for me to do kyc. I told them I already did and showed them the email they sent me stating it was approved. They said I have to do it again. So I did. A few days later, I received an email saying that my withdrawal was declined because I violated their terms and conditions by betting over the max bet amounted for a bonus which is 5.0 Euro by betting 10 euro per spin. But that is not at all true. My bet was .40 euro the entire time and I have never bet more than.40 euro.
This place is a complete scam..they find an excuse that isn't even true to keep your winnings. Stay away from this place !!

Stay clear of this casino as they are outright stealing money from people. I won 4700€ which i played down to 2k then i tried to take the money out as i did not want to lose it all. When i tried to get the kyc acceped they just keept asking for more documents, this went on for 2 weeks after i put in the withdrawal, i finnaly got a new identification document that they finnaly accepted, after that i was back and forth with them about the withdrawal and i was told to be patient for 5 days. Today i got a message that they had given me back my depositum and removed everything else from my balance since i had played with larger bets than what was allowed. I would urge EVERYONE to stay away from this casino and all other casinos under the same name, as they are greedy and will do everything to make sure you will either waste your winnings on the casino, or find an excuse to not give you your winnings. Its really sad there is no law enforcement agency out there to put scums like this behind bars and shut them down, but it is what it is. STAY AWAY!!

I went on this site as it’s not on Gamstop. It seemed pretty good for a substitute casino as I can’t get on the usual ones. I play live casino. First go I bet about 350 and lost (fair and square). Second time I deposited 150 and won 1500 which I wanted to withdraw. Awful casino. Withdrawals take ages to processes. If processed it says you should receive your money within 2-5 business days. Right now I am waiting for more than 8.

Besides that, apparently your money is "bonus ballance" and if you don't bet within 24 hours they just take all of your balance, without a warning whatsoever.
