KYC verification links always expired – withdrawal blocked
I am trying to complete the identity verification (KYC) process, but it seems intentionally impossible.
The bookmaker sends me two verification links: one to take a live photo of my ID and another to upload proof of address. They claim that the links expire 15 minutes after opening them, but this is simply not true.
In every single case, the links are already expired the moment I open the email for the first time. This has happened four different times, after requesting four separate verification emails.
The emails are usually sent in the middle of the night (around 5:00 AM), so when I open them later, the links are already unusable. This clearly suggests that the links expire 15 minutes after being generated or sent, not after being opened, despite what customer support claims.
I have contacted support multiple times, but they keep repeating the same explanation and refuse to provide any alternative verification method. As a result, I am unable to verify my account and unable to withdraw my funds.
At this point, this feels like a deliberate obstruction of the withdrawal process rather than a technical issue. I am willing to complete verification immediately, but the system does not allow it.
I strongly advise other users to be cautious.

I strongly advise against using Locowin.com. After winning money fair and square, they are making it impossible for me to verify my account and withdraw my winnings.
Even though I had already verified my account in the past, they suddenly asked me to do it again. Then, they required me to change my email address for no reason. After complying with all their demands, I finally reached the page where I could upload my bank statement. However, despite having an option that says "Upload PDF file," they rejected my PDF file.
I then tried the “Take Photo” option, but even after granting the website permission to use my camera, it still claimed it didn’t have permission. At this point, it’s clear that they are deliberately making it impossible to verify my account and withdraw my winnings.
This is highly suspicious behavior, and I warn others to stay away from Locowin. If this is a legitimate casino, they should fix this immediately and process my withdrawal!

Be careful, it is a casino with no customers and very low return to player rates.. also they do not send money when you win, this is a scam site, be careful, they are trying to get customers using a guy named Bartmann on Facebook.

They advertise as having instant withdrawal, however they do not inform that they leave withdrawal pending for several days, they ignore live chat, don't reply to emails, I have submitted the documents several days ago. I submitted bank statement three days ago, I sent it again yesterday and tried to get in contact with live support.
