Print quality is atrocious

Print quality is atrocious. From shirts ordered in the mid-2000's until I decided to give them another chance after 2020.....nothing has improved. The designs wash out quickly. Never again, even after their image re-launch this year. Just don't do it.

Total scam

The shirt I received had a completely different design than the one I ordered. I attempted a return and got an email response that essentially said it would take some time to process and they would be in contact. Nothing after that, and all of my attempts to contact them have failed. This is clearly a scam company

Bad print quality, sizing off, overpriced

As others have said, the print quality is atrocious and honestly, its criminal. This is because the products received do not match the pictures online. The pictures online show bright, vibrant designs. The shirts I received all have dark, faded hues. And yes, after only ONE wash, all of these new shirts are now even more faded. I bought from this company in 2019 and the design on the shirt lasted 5 years! These shirts will not last a year. Additionally, the sizing is completely off. I ordered medium shirts and I am swimming in these so-called mediums. They are definitely large shirts! Nothing like the previous shirts I've ordered from RangerUp. Simply put, this company engages in false advertising and also rips offs it's customers (which are primarily veterans) by selling sub-standard products. I will never buy from this dying company again and will steer other veterans away as well.

Unable to contact ranger up...

The shirt I received was not as described (Semper Paratus printed on back of t-shirt). All attempts to contact via email we returned:

"Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to "customer service" address:

Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up."

Also attempted contacting "support" with the same results. Pathetic.

Zero Customer Service

I bought two Shellback shirts. One for my Dad and one for myself. The one for me had the wrong graphics on the back. I tried to contact these guys a few different ways. Nothing. I initiated a return. Got a response that it was being processed and I should hear back in a couple of days...then...nothing. Basically they took money gave me a faulty product and that's the end of the story. I've bought several shirts in the past with no issues. Never again.

I ordered 2 t-shirts but they only…

I ordered 2 t-shirts but they only delivered 1. In addition, they were late shipping my order. It took 4 emails and 8 days before they even responded. Turns out they didn't have the second shirt in stock and their vendor no longer makes it. Yet, to this date/time they still have it listed as for sale on their website. 7.62 and Nine Line just got a new customer.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Extremely slow shipping speeds (took me almost a month to get my rash guard). Customer service was rude when I requested an update. The product was at least two sizes too small despite using their sizing chart. When I went to return the product they make you pay for the shipping back and are even slower to refund the money.

I hate to say it for a fellow veteran…

I hate to say it for a fellow veteran owned company, but the shirts are low quality. The words/graphics fade about 50% after one wash, and 90% after two or three washes. I have seven and only one is still legible. It's a shame as is, but at $30 a shirt, it's damn near criminal.

The print on the shirts fade quickly

The print on the shirts fade quickly. It’s too bad because the shirt material is comfortable. I bought a 3 pack of shirts and 2 of the shirts have lost the print/decal.

I wont buy from Ranger Up again.

Print washes off

Purchased a T shirt and wore it once. Washed it and most of the print was gone. I emailed the company and never heard back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I will be filing a claim with PayPal. I can’t believe they’re veteran owned. I was taught to have integrity for the 20 years I served. These people must of been asleep when taught core values.

Shirt decals faded away

I ordered 2 shirts from Ranger Up. The decals on both shirts faded quickly. Contacted customer service. Ranger UP would not replace them. They did however offer me 15% off a future purchase, which I will not be making. It doesn't make sense to spend money on a product that doesn't last when other veteran owned companies make products that do.

I recently placed an order for 3 shirts…

I recently placed an order for 3 shirts that I was looking to wear for a particular occasion. The package was returned back to Renger up because the shipping label did not show my po box number nor my unit number. I clearly placed both on the order but someone on their shipping department made an error and Ranger Up tried to blame it on me. I was told that the package would be shipped next day when received back at their location and that was not done either instead they cancelled my order and while they did refund me SOME of my money I was told that they would not refund the shipping in other words they would seal/keep my money. If you want to order cool shirts try Grun Style. Way better customer service.
