The design works, but the comfort is not really good. It's something i'd wear just for indoor only

I received my order in about four days, which was great. But when I opened the box, the items were shoved in. The clothes are fine, but the presentation is dissapointing.

This customized blanket was a huge hit! The picture quality of her dogs was excellent, and the material is very soft. An awesome, high-quality product that made a wonderful gift.

Socks arrived after a month and don't match the pictures.Multiple emails sent with no response.Just want the correct ones!

Similar to everyone else. They charge you for a subscription that you were never told about and does not exist. Do NOT order from them for any reason

This company has stolen money out of my account as well as plenty others that have ordered from this company. They are placing additional monthly charges on my debit card after I paid for my order in full. They claim I subscribed to a subscription service on accident. Kinda unusual that a subscription service would begin charging my account almost three weeks after my purchase. Right? At no point during check out is there an option to sign up for a subscription service. I also have never received a confirmation/receipt for the alleged service I signed up for. They are refusing to send me my money back. I’ve had to contact my bank and report them for fraud.

I ordered with express shipping. It took a month to receive the socks. And they were NOT the image I sent them! Repeated emails have gone unansered. I don't want my money back, just he correct socks!

I wish i could give them no stars. I have never written a review before but the lack of response, the order not coming and the refund still not being issued I cannot believe they are in business. The picture I sent them of my daughter’s cat was adorable. What they printed on the socks looks like a cartoon. Horrible horrible customer service. Still fighting for the refund of $21 I paid for express ahippping and they came 2 weeks later. (well after christmas)

The blanket was a cheap fabric! Advertised as "Premium Fleece". What a joke! And the socks are like a cheap compression hose type material. Actually, I can't even describe what the material is! Ordered these items as Christmas 2023 gifts and would have been embarrassed to give them!
Emailed the company MULTIPLE TIMES requesting a return and refund. Bottomline- They DO NOT refund.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL AND COMPLETE DISASTEROUS EXPERIENCE! They should be ashamed to pawn this stuff off on people.

Poor quality fabric. Arrived with holes in them. Very disappointed. Not worth the cost.

Order never received. Replacement sent, and was “lost” in transit. No proof that my order was actually printed.

AWFUL

Sent to the wrong address and when I IMMEDIATELY notified them of it they said they would update and not to worry. Then it shipped to the wrong address and I emailed them and I was told I’d get a replacement. When I reached out about the replacement confirmation email they told me I wasn’t entitled to anything it had shipped and that was it. They are liars and horrible humans.

I bought two pairs of socks. They were really cute when I first got them. But after a little while dog faces just deformed. It should have been more durable!!

I never received my order. Impossible to reach and contact email that is posted is undeliverable. I placed 2 tickets and did not get a response in addition to the multiple emails sent to them.

it would be a nice gift for my girlfriend if it arrived on time

Well I haven't received my items yet. A shipping label was created a few days ago but the package hasn't shipped and doesn't say when it'll arrive. Feels like you rushed thru the order process but didn't actually ship anything.

I liked how the products in this shop look, but you need to do something when your delivery and service. And I think prices are pretty high, especially for the socks.

I've ordered my socks in November. I writed many mail untill now (we are in june) the continue to write that my suck will arrive, I have asked my money back and nobody answer to me.

Order in November 2022 - 3 blankets. Never did receive them and through emails to this company and BBB- they said they would send me new ones. Still have not received those. Wrote to the BBB again and they said they cannot refund me as this is the second time the same case has been opened. I was told I used in appropriate language in my email and all I said was that I was “beyond frustrated” - which I am. So I highly doubt I will get my blankets or a refund. I spent $250. So disappointing. Don’t order from there.
