Really efficient, friendly service from Ramos. They went to lots of trouble to keep the house clean and free from dust. The window looks fabulous and the installation was very smooth. Great communication from Julija.

It all started with a thorough assessment of what was needed, without pushing or upselling anything, and then a competitive quote.
Then once the team were onsite they were consistently considerate of the family, tidy, respectful and worked incredibly hard to get the job done quickly and with as little disruption as possible.
The final is superb; very high quality windows, fitted to a very high standard and all the tiny extras finished and checked before leaving site.

We have had several doors and windows fitted at our house over the last 7 years. Really good quality. All double glazed with draught proofing seals. They arrive already painted and fitted with good quality brass ironmongery. We are very happy with the product.

We have just had a new door and three windows installed by Ranebrook Windows. The service and communication throughout has been excellent. Romas and Remi who installed them were outstanding - skilled, polite, hardworking and tidy. They did an excellent job. We'd highly recommend this company.

The best customer service I received in 2024..easily!

In 2020 I bought a few sets of windows..the process was impeccable, from start to finish. So good, I recommended them to my brother who ordered through them shortly after. Competitive on price but thorough and an excellant product too.

The week before Xmas I had some issues with the locking mechanism on one. I sent a video to Zina and mentioned that there was some urgently for security reasons and given the impending snow, that I was able to lock the window. She replied immediately and put in motion someone to visit as soon as they were back in the office post-Xmas. The work was carried out fuss-free and speedily.

Bravo Ranebrook - any future purchases will always be through you..and anyone considering using them..do it. Their customer service is outstanding from initial consultation, to post-care follow up.

Great quality timber windows and doors at a competitive price. This was the second time we've used Ranebrook and once again the 3 items ordered were delivered well within the original date given for delivery.
I was particularly impressed that Zena, after the order had been placed for a traditional sash window, looked up the house on street view and suggested an alternative to the standard horns which would be a better match to the existing windows. She was quite right and the delivered window for the loft conversion is a great match. Can't wait to see the windows and french doors for the Juliette balcony in place.

Great service from Julija. Excellent windows, I can't name who made them but they are beautifully made. Arrived extremely well packed with a friendly Palletways driver. Have bought five windows this time and three before. The last five were bespoke. All are spot on. Will be ordering more to complete the building when funds allow. Great price too.

This is the second project I have used Ranebrook for and I can not recommend them highly enough. Vytas, Zina and the team went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the end results. Communication was excellent throughout the project and our windows and doors were ready ahead of schedule which was a massive bonus for us. The quality of their products is second to none! Overall, they are a very easy company to work with and very accommodating. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable company no matter how big or small the project. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Ranebrook windows installed a stable door for us 5 years ago. It was a beautiful installation in a historic building - they created a sound aperture and the door worked perfectly.
In the last couple of months the door became slightly difficult to lock. I contacted Ranebrook to ask for information about how the hinges could be adjusted and they informed me that the door was still under warranty (almost 5 years to the day).

They sent an engineer - the original fitter - to adjust the hinges and the door now opens and closes like new.

It is incredibly rare to receive such fantastic customer service. I am deeply impressed and would like to express my huge thanks to all involved.

This company is a hidden gem. We ordered new sash windows for our Victorian kitchen back in January (timber windows, with the spring mechanism). I'm posting this now as I was going through the building work invoices and remembered how competitive the windows were (and after eight months of usage, I can confirm the windows work and look great!). I cannot recommend them enough. Super fast delivery too. We did our project on a budget and so looked for independent suppliers, the builder was so impressed he asked for this supplier's details so he could use on future projects.

At these prices there is really a viable option for homeowners to replace Victorian windows with new timber replacements, without having to take out a new mortgage!

We presented Ranebrook with a really tricky problem in an older property with very few straight lines. They more than rose to the challenge, were thorough and analytical, and we are very happy with the result. Installation took a number of days, but the workmen were very easy to have around, everywhere was left clean and tidy. Five Stars!

These solid hardwood doors are a dream and are a world apart from uPVC and aluminium.

They glide at the touch of a finger and the ingenious door handle means that the key will never be lost! The multi-point locking device is completely burglar-proof.

The facility for the doors to be painted one colour on the exterior and a different interior colour is also valued.

These guys were superb! A recommendation from a friend who'd been recommended them himself. I had been exploring new windows for ages and was horrified at the cost. Ranebrook were very competitive on price and over-delivered on my expectations for quality and the whole installation experience. The windows are fantastic and have made a huge difference to the house but most importantly all the installation guys worked so hard and made that part of the process much better. They were all conscientious, friendly and took real care to look after our house and leave the walls, windowsils and whole work as clean as possible. Really efficient and excellent overall experience with them.

We have just had three doors fitted by Romas, Tomas and the team who are an absolute credit to this company. The doors are fantastic quality, but Sandra who helped us with the drawings/ design was great and Romas and the team were exceptional (and one door was particularly difficult) - the attention to detail has been amazing. So much so we plan to have further windows fitted and have already recommended them to others.

What a brilliant find! We heard about Ranebrook from a friend, but wouldn’t otherwise have chanced upon this gem of a company. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish, in replacing all the timber sash windows (including 2 large bays) and a door at our Victorian home. Zina and Vytas were so efficient and easy to deal with during the quote process, sending out clear and detailed itemised quotes. What was noticeable was a focus on the quality of the windows and a good customer service, rather than the marketing fluff we saw from a lot of the London based companies, who sent salespeople out to quote. The quote was the best we received by a good margin and the only company able to offer us triple glazed at these prices. When I went back to Zina with better quotes for the door, she was happy to improve her quote, but also explain exactly why they couldn’t match (better technical specifications). The installation began exactly the week it was quoted for (6 weeks later, which was 6 weeks sooner than any other company could manage). Although the job took a couple of weeks longer than initially estimated, Romas (our site manager) was fantastic at communicating with us and keeping us posted on daily progress. Romas, Tomas and Remigus were among the best builders we’ve had on site. Considerate, clean, protecting all our belongings well, and exceptionally hard working. And finally, the windows and the door are just beautiful and so much warmer and quieter than what we had. We’ve had many positive comments from neighbours.
