Get ready for employees to quit
Terrible service that deprives employees of the right to earn personal rewards for travel. We had one employee actually quit, citing Ramp as the final straw because she travels all the time and hasn't had a raise. If you travel for work, you should be rewarded for that. Ramp takes all that away.
They just don’t pay in a timely fashion…
They just don’t pay in a timely fashion and their system for tracking payments leads you to a site for signing up as a vendor. Completely useless
My employer hired RAMP to take over…
My employer hired RAMP to take over payroll.
Well - they missed the deposit deadline on the 1st of the month and indicated funds would come on the third.
Well will have to see if our paycheck deposits come in.
Meanwhile, we missed our rent or mortgage payment date, a car payment, loans, credit card payments and are left with overdraft fees and a bad credit rating because this company can’t get their shit together.
Avoid at all cost and it will cost you.
Now, employees are demanding the employer reimburse these bank fees and then some.
TERRIBLE AI SLOP DRIVEN POINTLESS COMPANY WITH FAKE REVIEWS
TERRIBLE COMPANY, FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS!
Check out their fake 5 star reviews... FIFTEEN 5 star reviews were written in one day (Aug 7). Duh! They do not even know how to scam properly. Ramp is a total crap AI slop driven company. I cannot get paid by the place I work at (senior living facility) because they use this crap site to manage something... not even sure what RAMP's purpose is, other than slow down payments to vendors.
⭐ 1 star — A financial platform should provide clarity, not create a forensic accounting exercise
My experience with Ramp demonstrated a troubling gap between how funds are displayed and how they are actually handled.
Ramp showed two deposits totaling $250 as completed. Relying on that information, I initiated a $250 withdrawal. Ramp accepted and began processing it. Only afterward did Ramp reverse $100, change my available balance to negative $100, and leave the remaining $150 inaccessible while the withdrawal remained pending. The receiving account still showed a zero balance.
Even more concerning, Ramp pulled funds from a linked bank account I did not intend to use for this transaction. Instead of giving me predictable control over my own money, the platform created a chain of transfers, reversals, and holds that I then had to reconstruct myself.
The issue is not merely that an ACH transfer took time. The issue is that Ramp represented funds as completed, permitted me to act on that representation, and then changed the ledger afterward—leaving my money unavailable and its location unclear.
For a company selling financial control to businesses, this is a fundamental failure. Transaction statuses should be accurate, funding sources should be explicit, and customers should never have to investigate multiple accounts to determine where their own money went.
Once my funds are recovered, I will be terminating the card and ending my relationship with Ramp. I would not recommend trusting this platform with business operating funds.
Receiving my money requires me to…
Receiving my money requires me to provide all my private information, and now you are asking me to complete facial recognition. I am not a customer of your company; I am simply trying to receive my payment. Why is all of this information required?
firstly
firstly, they are not a user-friendly platform and their support service is very bad. There is no transparency in what they do and that is why I will always choose Crop Mines# over all the time. I've never regret using them as they kept to their promises and they are so efficient in all the service they render to their customers.
Keep being spammed, but sales rep cancels meeting without notice
Can't reach customer support in any other way, so hereby:
Wanted to let you know I keep being spammed with (automated) mails by you guys, multiple times a month for years. However, when I finally book a meeting, the meeting is canceled without notice and the BDR doesn't respond anymore.
Weird way of acquiring customers, isn't it. Look into your sales team.
I like Brex better I'm not gonna lie…
I like Brex better I'm not gonna lie but it does the job. Customer service isn't that great though.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They hold your funds hostage and charge you 1% to get payments on the same day your vendor used to have the money inyour account with zero notice. They intentionally hold your fubds to the last possible second to try to encourage you to use their banking services and when you call them out they remove the ability to get funds early and hold them to the last possible second to try to punish you.
Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars.
Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars.
I made the mistake of answering an unknown call on my personal phone. A man who identified himself as William from Ramp "wanted to follow up on [his] emails". I explained if I was interested, I would have responded to the emails, and he was calling me on my personal phone. But he persisted in wanting to talk to me, citing we both went to the same college as it that made us buddies for a company I never wanted to use. I would have hung up sooner, but I was driving and coulnd't get to my phone (answered on the car's screen, which defaulted back to a map after the call connected). He kept trying to get me to try Ramp despite me making it clear that 1. this is a personal phone during my personal time, and 2. I had no interest in working with Ramp, much less talking to this a-hole who wasted time looking up my personal number to harass me. I repeated that he was harassing me but he didn't care. Do NOT use this company.
Harassment by salespeople
We looked at working with this company before going with Bill.com. We are constantly harassed by their salespeople "checking back in". We have told multiple staff there to cease all contact with us and yet they just switch sales people and continue their push. We will be looking at legal action if it continues.
Ramp is not friendly to users
Ramp is not friendly to users. Many times the user has to guess account codes and sometimes the merchant especially when traveling and the name is not clear on the receipt.
Cannot input expenses for travel outside of the U.S. Exchange rates and transaction fees are not accurate.
Does not read credit card bills correctly. Too much lag between the expense and input to ramp which is often manual. Process is very frustrating.
Ramp takes 3x longer to generate an expense report compared to a simple spreadsheet format.
Ramp is expensive when you consider the individual time lost in doing expense accounting compared to doing sales or engineering or anything productive outside of expenses.
Customer support doesn’t respond
Paid the unnecessary 1% fee to receive my money within 24h. It’s been 3 days and I haven’t received anything. 2 days since I sent an email to customer support and no response.
They moved the estimated arrival date forward another day.
Update: I got my money late despite paying the $20 to get it fast tracked, CS replied late saying they could explore the possibility of refunding me the $20 so I said sure go ahead and weeks later no reply despite follow up.
They named giving people $1000 simply…
They named giving people $1000 simply for opening an account. Multiple emails later, they're clearly not going to give it to me. If they lie about that, what else are they lying about?
Please be aware if you Are travailing…
Please be aware if you Are travailing from mopa goa this Ramp 360 Agnecy do not have any customer service ethics as they are representing the airline but they are very rude and if you have any ladies travelling then please do not carry any purses as they will check the weight of the
Purse also and then will say that your bags are over weight .
I had a horrible experience with Ramp 360 Agnecy as the owner Of this company is an outsider and all working staff are non Goan .
Please do not travel via mopa but better to do it through dabolim as proper airline staff is there to help and assist you
Starting using Ramp in Q1
Starting using Ramp in Q1, 2026. Enjoy single-use cards for business cash management. However, they DON'T SYNC WITH QBO as believed. I've been trying for months to get it to sync and today I decided to give it one last go. Ramp's AI bot had me upgrade QBO, change browsers, etc., before finally telling me the issue was on QBO's side. QBO then told me that they contacted RAMP and transactions will only sync into QBO if I open a checking account with them. Wish I knew that months ago. Now I'm uploading transactions manually and trying to get my books in order. Ball dropped guys.
More Spam than Hawaii
I do not use their product but they refuse to honor unsubscribes and "do not call me" requests. I have been explicit in my rejection of their communication, but it does not end. I've reported as spam and blocked locally, but I should not need to resort to that.
This is a sham of a company
This is a sham of a company, holding onto funds for extended period of time and requiring a minimum of 1% fee to receive my money. I should not have to pay to receive my money as a 1099 contractor because the payor chose to utilize this money grabbing company. This business model ahould be illegal.
They did a bait and switch here
They did a bait and switch here. We used Ramp for a year, and assumed the lack of customer service was what you get when you have software as a service. After a year, they sent a late renewal contract with a massive fee never discussed when we signed up. Like a virus, they got into our practices then disclosed hidden fees.
