I have used Ramnode for years. I am consistently amazed at how quickly they respond to support tickets. (Even over holidays) I have found their support staff to be polite and easy to work with. They even went out of their way when I made a mistake during a sale of theirs.

My services have had excellent uptime and have always been accessible when I needed them. Ramnode has provided me with excellent uptime, service accessibility, and support.

Unparalleled support, and always helpful. Been running servers with RamNode for some time, and they're always helpful. I'm notified in advance of planned outages (for security and infrastructure upgrades) in advance. They've also upgraded their cloud console so you can spin up instances, it's sweet. 10/10 would host again.

All works well with this company. I can only recommend them. For VPS especialy.

RamNode provides hosting that meets, I would say, all needed requirements. Affordable plans and various data center locations (4 US-based and 1 in EU) Assia data-centr is missing, One of the best performing web hosting service I ever tested.

Excellent host. Have been with them for many years and never had a problem. Their servers are responsive and well configured and support is very responsive and knowledgable, although i used their support only a handfull of times during these years because things just work fine.

RamNode has a very good rating so I was extremely disappointed that not once but twice, with servers in Atlanta and Miami I had extremely bad service.

I benchmark any game server company to NFOservers. NFO is without doubt, one of the very best in the business. My only issue with NFO is that they don't offer SATA SSD much less NVMe SSD as part of their normal VDS package. They only offer SATA SSD as an addon and it gets pretty expensive if you want more than 20GB.

As a gaming admin I want certain games to run on at least SATA SSD. With RamNode, you can go one better than SATA SSD by choosing NVMe SSD for a good price. However, it makes no sense that one game such as Insurgency: Sandstorm - with 8 players runs poorly on a VPS Premium KVM NVMe server with 8GB DDR4, 4 Cores, and a 100GB NVMe SSD. It was no better running on a VDS KVM SSD server with 8GB DDR4, 2 Cores, and a 200GB SATA SSD.

Perhaps if I ran my server on Linux, there would have been little to no issue. But, I use AlwaysUp for automated game management and it doesn't support Linux. Anyway, if you plan to run Windows take advantage of RamNode's trial period to see if you have issues. If you run Linux, you're probably going to be fine.

Been with them since their start back in 2012 with multiple servers on different nodes & locations and to this date they're still great.

The nodes despite some being a tad full aren't actually "oversold" so there's always resources for everyone, however can get a bit slow randomly due to how shared resources work but still premium for the price.

They respond quite fast and actually takes time to make it personal & try to solve the issue instead of ticket templates like some provides loves to use even if it doesn't even answer anything of which Hetzner is by far the worst at.
Can't comment on "can u help me with" since if you're that person go google at your own time not theirs, they're not a product support they're a server provider.

On the note of support they actually contacts you before taking action with suspensions/terminations upon fake abuse reports which they actually read through, some process starting to do a lot of cpu/disk over hours and so on.

We've been with RamNode for multiple VPS servers for nearly 4 years. Reliable infrastructure, good server performance, quick and competent support, competitive pricing. Little room for improvement, we recommend them.

Good service and uptime, i experience no problems in the last 2 years.

I can really recommend RamNode.

I would give them 5 stars if the have there own custom system instead of whmcs/solusvm

Excellent service for the money.

I configured my OpenVZ VPS in Los Angeles node with Centos 677 days ago and it still up and running with various sites hosted there. I never had any problem with the hosting service and when I had some question the support was fast, responsive and competent.
