I started using RamNode in 2016 just to support small projects during college on a cheap vps (using a discount code they honor to this day). It has been such a hassle free experience that I didn't realize how much I've used it spontaneously throughout the years.

There was an issue with my credit card and I missed the emails about overdue payments and my account was on track to be terminated. I had an issue logging in to check things out (I think my account was marked as dead at this point) but when I contacted support they immediately extended the time on my account and helped me get back in to pay.

I would have lost a lot of old projects due to a personal screwup but they came through for me.

Since I'm not too experienced in this field I've had to knock on Sean P.'s door LOTS. Every time the support has been extremely smooth, understood my problems within a minute of explanation and already either got on fixing it themselves or assisting me all the way through. Great service.

Sean P. was quick to answer my questions/concerns and was an actual human in doing so. What I thought would be a lengthy situation took no time at all <3

Been a customer since 2014. One of my servers has been running non stop since 2016, and as far as i remember it has been down only once, however it was back up fast, and they gave information and updates on their status twitter. Excellent quality for a low price. Best of both worlds! Awesome support when needed.

Currently have 3 legacy OVZ servers spinning since 2015, and a cloud instance that I recently spun up this year.

All the servers have been running great for the better part of 5 years; I have had no complaints to think of.

The service has fair pricing. There are a few limitations, but the support team is incredible. They got back at me in a matter of minutes, always! They're a bit dry, but will solve your issues in no time.

I can't recommend enough (I was a previous client of scaleway, their interface is better, but the service isn't)

I have had a small OpenVZ VPS at Ramnode for a little over two years, and it has been a 100% good experience. No significant problems, and so few minor glitches that I can hardly remember them.

Performance is good, price is more than reasonable, and support is prompt, effective, and polite. Effectively 100% uptime as well.

What more do you want?

I've been using Ramnode for a little over a year now and it's great. I chose it mainly because of the unbeatable prices and they have a lot of options for machines that suit my needs. I use it as a webserver.

On a few occasions, I've had to contact support and they've been really helpful. Yesterday I was trying to set up a private network between two machines but being a bit of a noob I couldn't figure out how to do it. They were very patient and answer every question but it still wouldn't work, so they offered to access my machines (given my permission) and fix the issue themselves which they did swiftly.

Very happy with this service and I will continue to use it and recommend it.

Also, I've had 0 downtime issues in all this time.

I created an account to use the cloud, and deposited money using BITCOIN.
To my surprise, the account was blocked on suspicion of "fraud and abuse" - Based on, NOTHING.
I will repeat, I made the deposit using BITCOINS.
I didn't even get to create my first instance.
I just created the account and deposited the money.
And we all know that bitcoin fraud is impossible.
They canceled my account based on nothing. just because I created the account using VPN, maybe.
My money, I'm waiting and fighting for the time to be returned. I don't know if they will return it, but so far, 24 hours later, nothing has been returned.
I contacted support more than 10 times via chat and email.

It was the WORST experience I have had with Cloud in my entire life, and I would not recommend this to anyone.

I repeat, that I was not even able to create a first instance, after depositing the bitcoins. They canceled their account based on NOTHING.

I have prints and videos of emails and conversations to prove everything.

The worst ever every time you try to make an account all you will face is; fraud detected, a high score on maxmind

I am Ramnode's services for last 2 years and till now i am completely satisfied. They have a really great customer support. And very price friendly services.

The VPS I had was low quality and unreliable. Perhaps it was oversold. It had a high level of squeezed packets - indicating CPU issues.

Check the CPU steal value and research it online. Servers need to be reliable.

there are rare issues with the company. Really rare.
Everything else in the company (servers performance) far forehead above of the competitors.

We had serious problems with our website after a server change. After a few emails the guys at Ramnode helped us. Excellent communication, quick response. We are more then happy for their help.

Why would we want a customer who is unwilling to prove their identity? We don't want "anonymous" accounts which might commit fraud or abuse.

keep giving them your identities and they will use your identities some where else
