Rainforest added hot water heaters to the units in my complex.

My unit has a piece of plexiglass showing the studs and pipes. Held in with black tape.

Apparently a previous plumber over 3 years ago cut a hole in shower and patched it. The patch done before I bought the place disintegrated when they cut from the the drywall Dom the kitchen to access the shower.

So instead of contacting me and showing me this they cleaned up the mess and patched it with plexiglass. And just left me to figure it out. It was weeks before I was told what happened.

And apparently they are washing their hands.

This my fourth bad experience with Rainforest despite their stellar rating.

I do hope that all of yous are doing ok smile.Also I do hope that all of yous will have a very very very wonderful Tuesday ok smile. In ending I just want to say that Mr Steven Tassin is a very very very Professional Helpful and very very Caring to me and also others too ok smile. Last of all he also is a very very Positive Role Model for all young and old workers that work in the very very busy Plumbing and Air business ok smile. Finally I say that Mr Steven Tassin always have very very very Excellent Communication Skills and yes yes he knows and loves his job very well and I say JOB WELL DONE ok smile. Now last of all Mr Steven Tassin is always such a very very very very very very Positive Representative for the Rainforest Plumbing and Air Company that he works for day in and day out ok take care smile.
