Failed
I hired them to get rid of a bed bug infestation. They followed their protocol of three insecticide treatments, one week apart but it did not work. I needed to exercise the 30 day warranty they described to me. I contacted them less than two weeks later to elicit their help and they responded by stating "someone from the office will call be this morning".
Three business days later, I contacted them again stating that I had not heard from anybody. Nothing.
They have my money, I still suffer bugs. I am now trying to control them myself and am forced to seek out and pay another company to do the job right.
