Had a heavy bulky item that I needed getting rid of last minute. My movers refused to take it and I had two days until the new owners were moving in to the property. I called Rainbow Rubbish Removals at 4 pm on Monday and by 9 am on Tuesday they were at the property removing it with no bother at all. They were friendly, polite and extremely efficient. I couldn't be happier with the service and would definitely use them again.

Reasonable price with professional service!

Absolutely cleared with estimate price by pictures quote and how they provide final no obligate cost on side by collection team.Understandable cause twice I keept,then add more rubbish and wasn’t sure what exactly will be.Also rubbish was in my shed,they need to crossing whole house to bringing out into van.Team worked very clean and careful,provided brilliant service and friendly labours.

Strongly recommend for honest company

Supplied photos of every item I wanted removed and quote was £250. Team came, took same photos and sent through to the man I had been dealing with. Price suddenly becomes £380. Sent them away. Rip-off scammers with dirty business practices. Don't use.

I looked online at bin suppliers & Rainbow bins seemed competitive, when I rang they answered their phone promptly & had answers for all my questions. Delivery was on time and dropped off in exactly the right position, they even rang before hand to say it was on its way. When I rang much earlier to request pick up it was no problem.

Our experience was similar to other adverse reviews. I sent a lot of photos that very clearly showed the furniture and other items to be removed. I also gave a detailed description of the access to the property. I was completely transparent with them. They said that their estimate was provisional and that I could refuse the actual final estimate which was given when the removal man arrived. He took a load of photos which were the same as I had already sent. The price then came back as three times the preliminary estimate. A total waste of time! Needless to say, we did not accept their new estimate and wasted an afternoon.

This rubbish removal firm is excellent. On time. Did exaactlywhat was asked. Very pleasant people. No chance of being dumpers.
