I will give my honest review about this company. Before buying any of their products the support team were there and very helpful throughout the migration process and they had a somewhat good of a service they provide whether it was the hosting or the customer service. Things began to take a little shift when I bought their service they began treating me in a way where like I purchased the services with their money. Sometimes it even got to the point where the "support" team told me to just "google it" when it was literally their job to help me with whatever things I needed from them. Support team along with the CEO Scott were sometimes moody with me and looked like they genuinely hated what they were doing so funnily I used to go to my old hosting website Namecheap and ask them for help which I give them all my respect did help me and provided me with all the help that I needed. Now we go to the refund issue. Because of their poor customer serice I decided to migrate back to Namecheap because of the poor customer service so naturally I requested a refund. My initial payment was $31.46 as I was testing out the waters for my hosting business and when I requested the refund I got ‪$8.98... That is 28.27% of the original price. They said it was for 3rd party licenses and apps which is basically WHMCS license and WHM which by the way, when I got my refund from my first migration from Namecheap they deducted $8 while Rad Web Hosting deducted around $22. I will tell you how it is this is a scam and this is a way to block someones "30-day money back guarantee" for their own gain. Also, for anyone, let me give you a heads up since they have wonderful refund policies, they have PayPal automatic payments on so even if you get the bread crumbs of your money they have an automatic payment running in the background. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

No useless AI support. Just good old-fashioned and competent support reps and reasonable pricing. All you need for extending your homelab.

Radwebhosting is fraud company that sells customer domains without informing, i have facing issue with Radwebhosting. My account was created by website developer, and we have given our website credentials. He transferred my domain from godaddy to Radwebhosting, and he did a fraud transaction in my account. i'm not getting any update regarding this transaction Suddenly, my hosting account closed support team not responding My two domains are locked and radwebhosting is currently listed for sale and they are responding for my the issue, i owned that domain since 2021 it's legally registered in india.

Ron was very patient with me and walked me throughout the process. It took some time but all worked out well.

Well, I have to say. this is the best solution for reselling VPS I found. I was looking for months until found them.

In the chat they gave me all tools ant help I needed for getting my business grow integrating WHMCS.

2 years ago I gave this group 5 stars, unfortunately now they are a zero. Their site was shut down for 5 days and I almost lost my business. There was no communication either by phone or email, nor were they responsive to attempts to reach them by phone, chat, email, or social media. They came back online in 5 days, claimed a subcontractor failed to pay bills and they were turned off. Subsequently it took 5 weeks for them to return our colocated server. To this date their support phone number is unavailable, and their responsiveness to chat sessions is variable.

Will not remove me from their mailing lists, constantly keeps spamming me with irrelevant services.

Obviously this company is buying email lists to spam their resold services to, I would highly advise to not buy those sketchy lists, you've never received any permission from me to contact me regarding your services.

Been talking with Scott at RadWebHosting for a few months now getting ready to expand my service offerings to my customers to include VPS. Finally pulled the trigger on this and got their VPS reseller plan and I am amazed by the way it works and how well the WHMCS Module they built for handles the service. The server I'm on is great so far and actually has exceeded my expectations.

They have an excellent support , i demande IP change and i get it in few minutes.

support response takes a long time and may require you to post a review to action any request.

multiple quarters late on feature delivery... was constantly updated with next quarter for a year straight. Do not believe any time lines provided by this shady provider.

I subscribe to the Cloud VPS package on RADWEB for few months.

While the hosting itself it's not the best around (but still better than most), their customer support is top notch and willing to help more than i expected.

So far I'm enjoying my stay here :)
