Disappointed with panpan.

Bought the service for a year.Recieved and easy to install. Then discovered that it is not waterproof. If cannot be used in the shower then what use is it? It's an area where many elderly people have accidents. Failed to get an invite to the app despite several calls.

We’re really sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed with your PanPan experience. Your feedback is very important to us. The PanPan device is designed to be splash resistant but not fully waterproof, which is why it shouldn’t be used in the shower — we completely understand how that can be frustrating, especially as bathroom safety is such an important concern.

If bathroom safety is your main concern, we would recommend our Home Personal Alarm System, which comes with waterproof buttons suitable for use in the shower or bath. We can arrange a swap if needed.

I’m sorry to hear that it took you several attempts to set up the app. Sometimes the invitation email can go to the spam folder, and as it’s only valid for 48 hours, a new invitation has to be created once it expires. I’m glad to hear that you’re now set up — please don’t hesitate to let us know if you need any more help with it.

Great service

Great service, it’s really given us peace of mind. Important to stress this isn’t just for the elderly, we’re a young family, we use this service to help my partner with seizures and to maintain as much independence as possible. The watch is brilliant, I’m sure in time it will look more stylish, but it’s easy to use, it’s one button to make that call for help, and if for whatever reason you can’t press it, it will detect a fall and automatically ring. It is sensitive (which is a good thing) and if it is about to call and you don’t need it too, you can easily press the button to stop it. The GPS is pretty accurate, it narrows down your search area to a manageable distance, it would be great for people at risk of wandering, providing they don’t take it off. It needs to be charged every few days, but doesn’t take long for full charge, but keep on top of it. The guys at radius are professional, efficient and friendly. Very happy!

More to Come

As I am only with the company a short time , I can only give a short comment. I know that they are on the ball immediately. I have had a couple of power outages and they connected me immediately,they have also tested their equipment.

It took a long time from phoning and…

It took a long time from phoning and applying for the fall watch to actually receiving it . I got the pendant one first . I sent it back as I hadn't ordered it . It took a long time again to receive the correct item . Now that I have the watch I'm not pleased with it . It is very bulky and it is hard to get my cardigan sleeves over it . I thought it would be flat and the same as my friend's.
