Very Competitive prices and easy to use website
Great easy website to use and very competitive quotes. Prior to purchasing my insurance, it clearly explains exactly the terms of cover, excess and single item limits. It also recognises every Storage company in the Country. Would definitely recommend Quote Monkey.

'Lost' items not covered
Was recommended to use Quote Monkey by my removal company whilst my house Contents were in storage.
Now I have finished unpacking I realise several items are missing. I cannot claim for these as they are deemed 'lost' so don't qualify for recompense. All I know is they left my house with removal company and went into their storage but were never delivered to my new address.
Unless the storage facility falls down or someone breaks in to a 'secure' storage unit your goods aren't covered. Waste of money!

Excellent Customer Service
I would not have given five stars after great difficulty in renewing my insurance on line. However on contacting you, Paul Cockram provided a prompt, courteous and efficient response which allowed me to complete the renewal process in good time at a very competitive price. I would however suggest a revision to the on line Renewal or "Start from Scratch" process to accommodate customers with an overseas address
