The site is easy to navigate

The site is easy to navigate. There are so many options available. For example, you can change the voluntary excess amounts, and switch it back if it's too expensive. You can change the possessions value, and see the new cost immediately. Very impressed with the flexibility. Also impressed with the quoted price.

Don't insure with them

Don't insure with them. Nil customer service.
Their online chat agents refuse to record complaints!
Save your time and money and use a reputable insurer.
Update (21 Apr 26) I received a reply to my review but still no acknowledgement of my complaint - It does say on their website that they take 8 weeks to respond to complaint. Why would anyone insure with a company that doesn't care about customer service?

Sharp practice

Rob dogs

When you take out a policy they hide their policy auto renewal as ‘on’ by default and if you don’t spot this it’ll auto renew, against your wishes at the end of the year

I was auto renewed and despite finding a much better policy and being within the cool off period after 3 days I was refunded £36 less

Sharp practices and I won’t be back

Extortion

The premium has risen dramatically. 30%
They pretend there are outside pressures but we all now how fake this industry is. I just don't have time to look around as my husband is vey unwell at the moment. My intention is to leave this company next year
