I received my AUTOMATIC renewal and it had increased by nearly 40% with 9 years no claims!
I felt I was cornered into renewing my house insurance with this company
Any queries are dealt with by AI initially
After numerous AI conversations with no resolve I was eventually transferred to a human who informed me they would only offer a maximum of 5 years no claims even though I had 9 !! They also informed me my proof of 9 years no claims had mysteriously vanished!! I have also had to pay EXTRA to protect the no claims that I had already established !
I then received a reply to this review which essentially thanks me for giving a review on how they can improve !!!?IWhich just indented me even further .. No mention of the reasons WHY I am being charged 40% EXTRA!? THEY DO NOT NEGOTIATE either as it’s AI!

Easy to sign up and set policy to suit your requirements. Comes with unlimited re-building costs. Competitive price and actually went down from the following year.
When I changed my car during the year, it was simple to change my insurance with no charge.
My renewal quote this year is slightly more than last year but compared to other quotes still acceptable and therefore renewed.

Insurers can ONLY be rated on their response to CLAIMS (not premium payments).
Any insurer who asks me for a rating at this stage automatically gets 1*

This is the second year the increase has exceeded 10%. If it goes up much more than inflation next year it's goodbye. I can knock off a 1/3rd by switching.
Secondly there was no human being to chat to and air my issues, just a stuipid FAQ chatbot, with ridiculous answersas to why prices have gone up. If they have gone up say 15% then I would like a breakdown, FOR EXAMPLE. We are sorry to have had to increase your premium by X%, 5% is due to exceptional staffing costs ue to rise in NI and minimum wage , claims costs are up by 7% due to more frequent claims and the cost of specific materials and more than average bad weather claims. I think such would help a lot.

Literally can’t fart without being penalised. They constantly send emails about cancelling your policy for no reason whatsoever. They don’t even have correct speed limits on their maps, so constantly penalised for that too when not even speeding. Their customer service is shocking. You can’t drive 45 minutes without having to have a 2 hour break otherwise your ‘usage’ is horrendous, which adds to the 6 trips per day max you're allowed. Can’t drive between certain times although not stated before purchase. After getting a red rating from one drive, it’s unable to be fixed as they don’t record the drives after that one, which could result in policy cancellation. Because of all these unfair ratings I was unable to use my car and was forced to only drive to and from college once every other week. This lead to me receiving multiple risk of cancellation emails as they thought I had my black box turned off. My policy quote was almost £6000 per year for this and was letting my car rot in the drive and being hassled by constant risk of cancellation emails by quote me happy.

The worst insurance possible i pay £2500 for insurance to drive the car, when you pay for it they then tell you, that you can only drive 6 trips per day and not drive for longer than 1 hr. Also the balck box is so wrong and gets you done for silly things , when I am a gold driver on drive score and other places. Also if you need help expect to wait up to 3 days for help as their email service is shocking.
Went on a trip away which got ruined by this insurance as we got penalised for over driving which Is classed as "usage" the insurance must expect you to just pull up on a hard shoulder or block everybody around you just so the black box telematics can reset themselves. 1* from me really don't recommend unless your car sits on a driveway rotting!!
