Had had scooters before & had seen adverts for Quingo so decided to book a viewing. Was very impressed when I had a try out of a couple of scooters. Knew I wanted one to go in my sons boot as well as the odd occasion going somewhere I couldnt not get to locally by walking. So the Ultra was the logical choice! Tested it with a run down to my local shops & was impressed with the stability of the scooter. The safety aspect was something my son had worried about having seen the previous scooter I had & that it was not too safe trying to get up & down the lowest of kerbs. He was impressed by how easy it is to take apart the Ultra & how easily would fits in his boot. I asked for different handlebars (cannot remember their name) as easier for me to use with arthritis in my hands. It has been easy to charge too so a definite good buy & would recommend it to others!
I feel confident that I can go out on my own to the shops. The payments are so bad that I felt as if I would fall off my other scooter.
I have used Qingo scooter for 14 years and it was definitely time to retire my trusty steed and replace It had to be Quingo as I am confident with them The reps were very knowledgable and patient. Making sure I ended with the correct scooter fitted to my needs and was safe and confident when using it
I would highly recommend quingo all round

I cannot speak highly enough of this company, they were efficient and professional throughout the process from order to delivery.
Within the week our experience with the company has been excellent, From the very helpful salesman, the keen and professional delivery/engineer. I chose the Ultra for its stability and range and it easily comes apart to pop in the boot. The world has just got a lot bigger. Ps I love it!
My dad was having trouble with his bike. Would not go forward
Service bloke came out. Never looked at the brakes. Charged him £350 for a new motor still had the same issues Another broke came out. Found that should not have charged them for a new motor. Fixed the brakes. Robbing money from Oap Phoned up to complain but heard nothing

Friendly staff, Helpful when had query, quick service from maintenance staff as Scooter stopped working
I believe that the FLYTE is a good scooter. However you have forgotten one major thing the scooter is used in the main by invalids such as I , in in the old scale I am 6ft and 90 klo's I cannot shop on this scooter as it is far to small and not enough room for shopping may be good in UK but it is an inpediment in Australia.

Fantastic service/sales person and follow up. Really enjoying the freedom/independence that the Quingo provides❤️❤️❤️
The scooter excellent for the price and the team dealing with advice on how to purchase good. Also customer service excellent along with the technician
Great friendly serive, very helpful, good at understanding the needs you have, and finding what works best for you as a person, I've just been away, as I booked a break just after I order my scooter, it is now my life line, and gives me some of my independence back, and great not to be struggling away and hurting with the pain. The scooter is really comfortable and really easy to use, I love the 360 turning, it makes it so easy to move around on it. Thanks for giving me back some life, I'm having lots of adventures on it, and love taking dogs for walks too.
The rep Catherine Sutherland came out when she was supposed to where we went through what my needs were and the model which would be suited to me. We carried out the demonstration with ease and we discussed the best finance details, safety aspects, warranty and the customer care and support available.
Our delivery rep explained again the details of operation and asked if we had any questions.
All in all a very knowledgeable base of reps and a company I would recommend.
Swift, thorough service for my mother. They took into account her needs and ensured the scooter was fit for purpose before she purchased. They could have sold her a more expensive model but wouldn’t due to the fact it would not fit in her car. It’s not all about the sales here!
From my first contact through to delivery Quingo have been very professional in every department. All people that are employed within the Company are so friendly, knowledgeable and caring from the Managing Director down. I would highly recommend Quingo to anyone. Fantastic product. Thank you.
We ordered a scooter for mum, it came on the 5th of June, but well within the 14 days of the cooling off period mum decided it wasn't for her, we contacted Alex on the 14th June, he came to our house on the 17th and said I will tell them when I get back to the office but you won't hear anything till July as the they are busy taking orders, and you will get your money back within 28 days, it's now 14th of August, still waiting for money to be returned and scooter to be taken. We have call, we have written and still we wait. We wrote to mark Nicholas, sent email to staff.
My poor mother who is 88 is getting stressed over it all.
You should know our name, telephone number etc as contacted you so many times.
But it's Mrs kemp. Invoice number 2406014
You have mum's telephone number and mine, plus my email address as have email T chxxxxxbers, spoke to Alex various times. We sent you proof that we contacted Alex way before the 14 days via a screen shot. He actually called this week as he knows we wrote to mark Nicholas and said we will give you a good will gesture of £900 which we don't want, we want our money back and the scooter gone.
You are causing mum stress. Is that how you treat an 88 old woman.

Efficient, polite and informative people I dealt with.
The scooter appears to be sturdy without looking ugly.A little more than I intended to pay,but compared to other makes it is value for the money. The big bonus was the flexible payment terms,I didn't have to dig too deeply into my savings.
