I was looking to switch my buy-to-let mortgage as the current fixed rate is due to end. Rhiannon was absolutely fantastic in really taking the time to understand my needs. She went away and scoured the market coming back to advise me that my best value option would actually be with my current provider (a marginally lower rate was offered elsewhere, but the fees made it a poorer option). She was also kind enough to suggest that while she was more than happy to process the switch, I could do it myself as it would only be a product change should I wish. I looked into this, confident that I was getting a good deal, and found it quick and easy. Ultimately, therefore, I feel a bit bad for getting free advice. Bottom line, I can't recommend Rhiannon higher and I will be hoping to place some actual business her way on a residential!

Tracy looked after my mortgage renewal for me, and have to say it was an amazing experience. She kept me updated throughout and worked hard to get me a good rate in the current climate, which was very much appreciated. She didn't just go for the first deal that she came across and thought 'job done' an absolute pleasure to deal with, will definitely be back when my renewal comes around again. Thank you!

I had the pleasure to get my mortgage secured by Rhiannon, and I can honestly say I have never received such care and professional service in my life! She is a treasure! Incredibly patient, very helpful, she did the utmost best to help us in whatever way she could and she secured us a mortgage in record time. Along the process she felt a lot more like a big sister than a mortgage advisor, I am actually sad that we will wrap it up soon because I will miss talking to her :) She was also able to help my friend who thought getting on the property ladder was not possible for her.

I am immensely grateful for Rhiannon, and living in our new flat soon will be a forever-reminder that she is the best!

Rhiannon was attentive and reacted quickly. It wasn’t the easiest mortgage application but she did everything she could to make sure it went through. She even kept in touch when she was on holiday which is going above and beyond.

Basically the advisor Ryan called and because I wanted the fee included and the difference was 0.1% between two lenders of which I had a preference, as the lender was 0.1% more expensive, I was told if I didnt take their advice it would be considered execution only and they won't deal with me, and clearly no cashback.

Generally he didnt have a great attitude- maybe it was the fact id chosen them due to cashback and this reduced their fee and commission, but it was very abrupt and matter of fact. Surely I can listen to advice and provided what I chose is within a certain tolerance (ie- some people dont like certain banks or they have policies i dont want), surely I should be able to choose my lender than be forced.

0.1% seems petty to turn business away, so it tells me it is likely income driven for the firm.

I would like to give a huge THANKYOU to Kallie and Tracy for all their help with our mortgage and insurances. Being first time buyers is a very scary thing and Kallie and Tracy have gone above and beyond to help us every step of the way so a massive thankyou from me and my family. Wonderful service from start to finish 😊🥰 now for the big move 😊
