This is a SCAM Order #QDNZ5811WP (16/09/2025)
I paid for the fastest service on 16 Sept in New Zealand, and I have not received any service from them yet. I sent several emails, and they have not provided the full refund since the service has not been delivered.
I have not received a prepaid envelope, and I won't PAY for anything extra at this stage.
As I mentioned in my last email, the deadline for a reply and full refund of USD $364,32 is on 16 October 2025.
Otherwise, I will submit the case to the New Zealand Authority, Westpac Australia, Mastercard International, and Interpol, as your company has dealings with other countries.

I brought a test
I brought a test, paid for expedited shipping just have have it delayed in customs going on 7 weeks. I contacted the company to start the refund process and they were not willing to give me my money and said that they would be sending my a voucher for a test that is not needed.

Do not use
Do not use. There is scientic proof that there test method does not work. After being told this I cancelled the order within five minutes of placing it and contacted them straight away for a refund which they said they'd give . Three months later still no refund.

After several emails between ourselves…
After several emails between ourselves and this company for not supplying results, they finally provided results which were vitally identical to one another. They however did not actually identify our origins. They concluded that both my husband and myself had high levels of French dna but neither of us do although we reside in France also they identified the areas around France but in fact my husband’s ancestors came from wales. No sigh of English heritage in my results and only 6 % in my husbands.
So we were hugely disappointed.

Scammers based in Isle of Man
They sent me to two test tubes with no return envelope. Instructed me to send swabs to Vietnam. No barcode on test tubes. No test results received after three months. No refund after four months. All emails were replied with empty promises. Definitely a scam.

Avoid
Avoid. Utterly unreliable service from start to finish.
Order: DNA Ancestry Test – Order QDFR5590WP – €107.76 (Aug 30, 2025).
• Address mishandled despite multiple written confirmations. I requested and received confirmations of the address change, yet the kit was still shipped to the wrong address. I had to travel to retrieve it.
• Wrong product delivered. I ordered an Ancestry test, but received a “Parentage Test Request Form” kit with two saliva tubes.
• No workable return. No return envelope, only a vague Vietnam address with no clarity that it’s correct for an ancestry analysis.
• Kafkaesque support. Over 20 emails, same questions repeated (including asking me for the address again). The website chat is a bot that resolves nothing.
• Unacceptable stance. After acknowledging “errors,” QuickDNA refuses a refund due to “policy,” even though they shipped to the wrong address and sent the wrong kit.
All I needed was the correct test, shipped to the correct address, with clear return instructions. I received the exact opposite. Terrible experience. Strongly not recommended.

Fraude!!!scam!!!
Fraude!!!scam!!!
They tried to charge me nearly 2000eur for a dna test while it says 109eur on the website.Couldn t cancel order. They first said that the price displayed is not the price.Absurd! You don t put a price online and the say after it is nearly 2000eur more.Either way there are legal actions going agains just in case they do still try to charge more than advertised.blocking cards. Legally without any permission given they can t charge more than I gave permission for. Some dodgy half open test kit arrived.not sealed! With a crumpled up paper with explanations inside. So can t even send it back probably as it s half opened for the refund of my 109eur.After reading all the reviews and my own experience obviously seems a complete scam.

3 months waiting for dna test to come tracking says 80 days still in transit. Just keep palming me off after filling refund form should take 5-10 days. It’s taken a month. Talk to loads of different people and no one reads your file so end up going round in circles. I’ve had my baby now it’s taken so long and they’re trying to send me another test instead of my money.

They've sent results without having the tests
I've sent my samples for 2 tests and after several email exchages they've presented a report with no names on it. When I've asked for a report with names they were unable to provide.
To my surprise just recently I've received the package back with the samples I had sent as they had not been collected.
I've been asking for a refund for the last 5 months without any luck as customer support is either incompetent or trying to look as such
Email communication is very poor. I've exchaged over 100 emails and I need to repeat my story everytime.

Frauds
Never trust this company. We ordered a genetic ancestry test, but the company sent an incomplete kit. We obtained the necessary materials ourselves and sent the samples back. However, several months have passed and we still have not received the results. The company refuses to refund us, only repeatedly stating that they will contact us and are doing everything they can. This situation has now been ongoing for almost a year.

don't order there, it's a scam!!!
I've been trying for over a week to get a shipping label that should have been included in the package.
They kept assuring me they would send it, but after a few days, I had enough, so I applied for a refund.
I'm still getting similar emails like: "Thank you for your message. We fully understand your frustration regarding the refund." To resolve this situation quickly, could you please confirm if you have already completed the return or refund form corresponding to your request? This will allow us to process your refund without further delay. We are working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible”
And they're doing nothing about it. They're scammers!!
How can you cheat on something so important, so delicate?
People give their money and trust and end up with nothing.
SHAME!!!

I am currently trying to cancel my order that I placed less than 24 hours ago…. It has not been processed and I will NOT be using the test- if it is unable to be cancelled then it will be returned UNOPENED. I am demanding a refund and will pursue legal action if my order is not cancelled and completely refunded (test unused unopened and not even shipped)

Fraud. Don't buy there. I lost 100 €, they send you an aliexpress test kit without any enveloppe to send it back and then there is nobody to answer your questions.

Extremely Unsatisfied – Broken Promises and No Customer Support
I purchased a paternity test from Quick DNA on 09/06/2025, which explicitly promised a prepaid return label. Despite countless emails over weeks, repeated assurances, and promises to send it “immediately” or “within 48 hours,” I have still received nothing. This delay is unacceptable, jeopardizes the validity of the test, and shows a complete disregard for customer commitments. Extremely disappointed and frustrated — I do not recommend this company.

What a scam
What a scam! Do not use this service.
I never received any results, despite repeated 'communication' from the customer service department which I think were AI generated responses, after being told - my test was being processed, my test was processed and was being finalised, my test was processed and I would received results in 48hrs, then told my test is still being processed....nothing, no results. I think this is a total scam. I suspect because I was unable to provide a photograph of my dog they were unable to provide the 'DNA' - i.e I don't think this is professional service at all and I suspect they use the photo to tailor the response. I am thoroughly disappointed with this company as this test was needed to rectify a breeding query but instead resulted in further stress.

No results, no money back, non replying Customer Support!!
I had 2 wait 2 weeks before I reveived my package. When I opened the parcel, the form had been wet and the designated envelope to return the swabs to the lab was not there. I sent my dogs DNA in good faith to the address mentioned on the registrationform (the form told me to use that address for test results) in a new envelope, but I never heard back. Customer support is not helpful at all (you're talking to a computer I think) and I want my money back, which is probably not going to happen. I've paid another €120 for a new DNA kit sonewhere else. I wouldn't order anything here!
Looks like scam
Looks like scam. I've sent my samples 1,5 month ago, they did not receive it. Promised to pick up by themselves at the post office, but never did. I asked for a refund, they do not respond in the chat or by mail.
Scammers and time wasters
Scammers and time wasters! Paid for a DNA & health test for my dog. They sent the paperwork and sample kit which I took the samples and sent them back the same day. A month went by and no response with results. The website says results within a few days upon arrival. I contacted them and they said they haven’t received the samples so I asked for another sample kit to be sent, they agreed to send one but never did so I asked for a refund they agreed to refund my money but never did. They are very responsive to messages but it’s a complete waste of time. Not sure how these websites are still operating if they are scamming everyone!
