Quality Bath is truly quality. I recently completed a new home. They were the most responsive of all vendors I used. Their knowledge and suggestions are excellent. The prices are surprisingly competitive. They responded to one small issue with a part that was missing from a box and were incredibly effective in obtaining replacement and caring about the follow up.

I placed my order with Aron who was pleasant, very efficient and knowledgeable. He sent me all the paperwork very quickly and kept me updated about shipping and tracking. When I called about the order he made me feel as though my question was welcome and he was able to access the order easily, and answered my question much to my satisfaction. I would definitely work with him again.
