After reviewing your order and our email correspondence, we can confirm that your order was charged in AUD, not USD, as previously explained by our team. Our advertisements are shown worldwide and may initially display prices in USD. However, before checkout, customers can select their country, and the website will automatically display the total amount in their local currency for review prior to payment. Based on our review of your order, it appears that Australia was correctly selected, as the transaction was processed in AUD.

We understand that you may have seen a lower promotional price previously. Promotional offers are seasonal and may not always be available at the time of checkout. However, following our email correspondence, our team provided a refund equivalent to 64.40% of your order value as a one-time courtesy to help address your concerns.

Our socks are intentionally designed with extra cushioning and warmth to provide all-day comfort and support, particularly for customers who spend long hours on their feet. However, we completely understand that comfort is personal, and what works well for some may not suit everyone.

Regarding returns, as stated on our website, socks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers. We do our best to make this clear before purchase so customers can make an informed decision.

We also apologize if the delivery timeframe did not meet your expectations. As an international business, shipping times can vary depending on the destination and local courier processing times.
