The website is easy to order from, the items are great, communication is quick, and the product is fantastic. Love the colours too. So appreciate they are affordable considering they’re genuine suede. Will definitely buy again.

Customer service and the total…

Customer service and the total experience has exceeded expectations. I ordered the incorrect size for 2 pairs and the exchange was great, they asked me to donate them and upload a short video of the drop off. I have wore a couple of the pairs that I bought that.Do fit, and they're extremely comfortable.Would definitely suggest other people purchase.

Disappointing & a little dodgy

You get what you pay for, depending on the currency! Despite banging on about being a little ‘Aussie’ company that ‘loves the planet’ and cutting down on emissions, I was charged in USD and my purchase didn’t come from Sydney to Perth, it came from overseas. They look like they are from Kmart. Now I think about it, if you are intentionally knocking off a known brand and copying their design, integrity was probably never at the forefront of this business. I’m super disappointed, I love supporting small, Australian businesses but this is so misleading. I did email the company to ask for an explanation before writing a public review but I think the responses are AI. Somethings’s not right and I would rather warn people before they get sucked in like I did.

I was disappointed with these socks

I was disappointed with these socks. They are much thicker than I expected, to the point where they don't fit comfortably my shoes. The material feels bulky rather than cozy, and the cuff is extremely tight around the leg, leaving marks on my leg. They are extremely warm so aren't suitable for summer. What made the experience even more frustrating is delivery took forever and the return process. You have to contact customer service first to request a return, and we are responsible for return shipping costs. Overall, these socks weren't a good fit for me, and given the hassle and cost involved in returning them, I didn't feel it was worth the effort. I wouldn't purchase them again.

I ordered 1 pair of clogs and the 4 pk of socks.
When ordering I kept trying to review the colors I choose and it wouldn't show me so I did the order multiple times and finally placed. Well, I got my order and they shipped 4pairs of Coco color socks. Asked for exchange SAME DAY OF RECEIPT and they denied. ALL in original packaging. Now if they were really about customer service they would have in the very least shipped me a couple different colors for exchange. Anyways, I will stick with the ORIGINAL Birkenstocks!!

I love my Qomfort clogs

I love my Qomfort clogs! I practically wear them everyday. In fact, I liked them so much that I ordered a second pair in a different color. I also purchased a pair for a family member.
