Dear Danielle Cofounder and Director As discussed previously you charged our account for two sets of shoes that we did not order. You kindly stated that if we sent a copy of our bank statement showing these charges you would refund us. The bank statement details were sent at the weekend and to date we have had no response. Commitment is not followed through. Can I recommend you get your customer service team to action what you say on public forums.
Thank you Danielle for your response. However the issue here is not whether we may have missed emails that went into spam, but the fact that you charged us for shoes we did not order. Your customer service team wanted us to keep these and pay 50 percent - i scent a scam. It was only when we have raised the issue on a public forum that you have resolved this. Certainly not a company to trust.

I accidentally bought the wrong size and Jade from Customer Support was amazing in assisting to get a replacement. The instructions given were concise and very simple to understand.

I ordered 2 pairs so that I could give one to my partner. The quality on both pairs were great. Mine are very comfy and required no break in period which I love. His were a size too small. The exchange process was super quick and easy. You’re chatting with a human and it feels like it. These are my new go-to shoes

This is my second order of the clogs and I also ordered some two-strap sandals. These shoes are such good value and in my opinion, so much better than the well-known brand that vastly inflates their prices, making them unaffordable for many. My Mum has also recently bought some of the Qomfort clogs and has now ordered a pair for my Dad. So incredibly comfortable and look good with a lot of outfits. The clogs have also been the only shoes I can wear after a plantar fasciitis flare-up.

I always try to support small business and Qomfort Co. is one that is making high quality goods in an ethical and sustainable way. The clogs I bought were too big however, exchanging them was so easy. The customer service is excellent! Emails were answered quickly and the team were very supportive. The final icing on the cake was their request for me to donate the clogs that did not fit to a needy cause. Businesses with this kind of ethos deserve to thrive. Great quality products made with a sincere heart.

I bought two pairs one for me and my wife. Hers were a great fit but after a few days I realised mine were slopping around too much. I contacted customer care and they offered an exchange! I sent proof that I donated my lightly worn shoes to charity and they've sent me a smaller pair. We will absolutely buy again, the quality of the shoe is really good and with this level of customer service, I'm really impressed with this company. I've been struggling with sore feet and have found wearing these really helps support my feet.

A great company to deal; gives outstanding customer service that replies in a timely manner. Needed to exchange for a smaller size; was pleasantly surprised they requested I donate my pair and they'll send to me another pair without additional delivery fee! After emailing them with the donation proof, they quickly prepped to ship the replacement pair.
What a wonderful company with great core values to help the needy. They have won me over as a loyal customer and will certainly spread the word among my friends!

I had a wonderful experience with this company and their customer service team.
I accidentally stained my new suede shoes on the very first day I wore them and contacted them for advice. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions, guided me on how to care for the shoes, and even offered me a free exchange to make sure I was completely satisfied.
It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about its customers the way they do. Their communication was fast, professional, and very understanding.
I truly appreciate all their support and would definitely recommend this brand to others. Thank you again for such amazing customer service!

Rarely do I write reviews but was so impressed with this company. Delivery did take about 10 days but it is coming from Australia. When it arrived the clogs were great quality and packaged really nicely. They were too big for me unfortunately but exchange was super easy. They asked for me to donate to charity (and provide evidence) after which I immediately received confirmation of my exchange and the new size being sent out. Communication was also with an actual person who was extremely polite and efficient.

I ordered 4 different colours of socks but received 4 of the same colour. They tell me they will not exchange them for the correct colours because socks cannot be exchanged even though they are in the original packaging and clearly have not been worn.
So their mistake is my issue. They say, "We’re always here to help where we can"- BS. If they were interested in cutomer service they would correct their mistake and make a first time customer happy. They don't care. Performative word salad from the co-founder.
They claim that they confirmed an order for four pairs of grey socks. They did not. I discovered it when I went to check why I had not received the socks. I noticed it was 4 of the same colour which is not what I ordered or wanted. I reached out to them. This was before I had received the socks.
The policy that socks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons is absolute BS. The socks have not been worn as evidenced by them still being in their packaging. As a first time customer I would think they would want to make sure I was happy but no they do not care. That tells me all I need to know about the company.
I'll never order from them again.

This is my second purchase. Really happy with the first pair that I had, I lived in them. However, they were damaged after my bike’s brakes suddenly stopped working and I had to stop myself wearing them 😂 (what an ordeal).
So I wanted to buy another pair, but I wanted to try the pair with the strap too. The first lot I ordered came up too small, so I asked for an exchange. The exchange process is easy to follow and they answered all emails very swiftly. Now I am waiting for the right size to be delivered. 😌 Customer Service was brilliant.
