Terrible fit

Terrible fit. Shockingly uncomfortable footbed. The width is much less than a normal shoe. I can't believe any of the reviews are real.

Added; The company is quicker to reply to bad reviews on this website than customer service. Looking to return and get a refund but the process is incredibly slow.

Fantastic company

Fantastic company. Customer service is exceptional, unbelievable value for money and if incorrect item/wrong size ordered they ask you to donate to charity rather than send back to them, sending a replacement free of charge. Could not recommend more.

I bought the wrong size and wanted to exchange, instead of sending them back I gave to a charity I love this idea, customer service has been amazing and shoes comfy as .

Painful socks and insulting Customer…

Painful socks and insulting Customer Support
I was enticed to order their socks because they were advertised as not having a tight top band and that they would not cut into your legs. After wearing my first pair for three or four hours, I had deep marks in my legs. Very painful. When I contacted customer service their response was very polished, but ultimately boiled down to “your legs are too fat, try wearing the socks for shorter periods of time“. So the problem was my body not the product or the advertising copy! “No refunds are possible” they say so only order the socks if you’re in the mood for taking a risk and possibly being talked down to.

We understand that the suggestion to try the socks for shorter periods may not have landed the way it was intended, but it was shared as a general troubleshooting recommendation only.

Clogs feel cheap and synthetic and have a very strong chemical smell.
They claim they are a small Australian company. I live in Australia and the shipment came from overseas?

Regarding the smell, some materials can occasionally have a temporary odour when first unpacked after transit and storage. This usually fades after airing them out for a short period, but we completely understand that first impressions matter.

I contacted customer service about exchanging a size a the customer support was one of the best experiences I have ever experienced. It was quick efficient and I love the donation program rather than sending back the product. This is a company that truly cares about it customers and in giving back to the community. Incredible in every way

Let’s talk about the shoes first — incredible quality, so comfortable, and they look absolutely fabulous!

Now let’s talk about the company itself. I’ve now bought 3 pairs, and sadly one didn’t fit. I expected the usual returns process for an exchange, but instead they asked me to donate the pair to a charity here in the UK and then immediately sent me another pair.

Any company that puts people before profit is truly inspirational. Amazing products and even more amazing customer service — I couldn’t recommend them enough!

What's not to love!

I read lots of reviews prior to my purchase. I ordered the duo of suede clogs. After placing my order, I didn't get any order confirmation and my back account had been debited...my initial thought was...here we go! Thinking it was a scam 🙈. I let it a few days still nothing so I emailed the company and they responded within 48hrs to advise I'd entered an incorrect email address 🫣 they send me a link to the tracking and my order arrived as scheduled! 👏🏻 I absolutely love them, they're soo comfortable and as good if not better as some other brands but at a fraction of the price!

Still waiting…

I would very much love to be able to review the product - but 9 days after making the order (which was partly influenced by the promise of ‘expedited shipping’) I’m still awaiting the shoes. Qomfort use Evri for UK shipping and, as far as I can tell, despite being on a ‘2 days delivery’ Evri can’t do anything because the flipping shoes haven’t arrived with them yet.

So all in all I’m now sitting in the south of England on a weekend break not wearing the footwear I hoped to be. How I wish I’d listened to my (then laughing, now smug) daughter when she told me to just buy Birkenstocks and not to be cheap.

So, if you’re reading this still, don’t do what I did and trust the socials.

As posted on our website, our worldwide shipping timeframe is 6-12 business days. While Evri may show “awaiting parcel,” this usually means the package is either still in transit to their facility or has only just arrived and is being processed through their warehouse system.

We completely understand the frustration when an order doesn’t arrive in time for a trip or event, however the order is still within the advertised delivery window provided at checkout.

I am really impressed with Qomfort

I was really impressed with Qomfort. I ordered my usual size, but unfortunately they were a little too big for my feet. The team responded quickly to my emails, were friendly and helpful, and Lauren made the exchange process as smooth as possible.
All I had to do was donate my original pair to a local clothing and shoe donation bin, and they processed my exchange at no extra cost. I am genuinely impressed by their business model and hope other companies follow their example.
From the initial pair of clogs I received, the quality looked and felt excellent, and I am confident my replacement pair will be just as good. Thank you, Qomfort!

Comfortable shoes and great custumer service

The shoes are really comfortable and nice to wear. I ordered three pairs in different sizes for the family members. One pair didn't fit and it was no problem to get an exchange one size bigger.
I really liked, that I could donate the pair that didn't fit at our local charity shop and, send the photo of the donation to Qomfort to proof it. I chatted with really nice people and everything was really easy.
The rest of the family is happy with their new shoes!

Exchange

I received my order however they were too big. What a great initiative Qocmfort have. Instead of having to return them, I needed to show proof of the wrong size pair being donated to a charity and they have already posted my replacement pair. So impressed with this procedure

Highly recommend

What a greate concept and the outcome is awesome! Im in love with my sandals! I had to exchange them, but it was so easy. Im amazed by how they handle it, so innovative!

My only critic is that the Sizeguide could be potimized in terms of the width of the sizes.

Overall would highly recommend!!
