I'm so lucky to have found QinPrinting to print my book. Absolutely satisfied with the process, the result and the price.
First, they were so reactive, it was especially great to have a contact in Canada, Daniel was so helpful and so quick to respond to my questions. I was guided during the entire process, received a lot of updates and advises. The result was perfect, even better than expected. Also they were always ahead of the expected dates for reviews, proofing, printing and shipping. And prices ate very competitive. So yes I will do business again with them.

Beyond compare, QinPrinting is THE BEST. Look no further for amazing quality, unmatched pricing, and incredible customer service. Susan is so communicative, patient, and helpful. I will never use anyone other than QinPrinting for my book printing needs. I exhaustively looked for any other printing company in the US and China that compares, and they don't. Do not hesitate to use them, they are legit - down to editing a font issue I had with my PDF - they changed it and helped me reorganize the pages of my book so that the layout made more sense. They immediately shipped my books, and they were delivered to Hawaii in less than a week. THANK YOU SO MUCH SUSAN AND QINPRINTING!!!!

They were very responsive and helpful in answering questions about production process and logistics. The quality of the books is great! I would recommend taking the time to receive a physical dummy sample and review each of the pages in a hard proof. I would recommend.

My first experience with a Chinese Company. Susan was awesome. They answered many questions over the next few week as it involved printing a book, and I am also a new author. The books arrived in perfect condition. They were packed so well for the ocean voyage. I will be ordering, again. Hopefully, the Tarriff Tempest will be over soon.!

Excellent printing and delivered on time as promised

Being an International Printing Broker, I am always seeking new printers to add to my group. Qin Printing was the third overseas printer I decided to use since I could not find any printer in the U.S. who would print 16x20 on Holographic Poster Stock. The finished product was reviewed by my customer when I asked if he was satisfied: "Hey, Terry! Yes! We were very pleased, and they came out great!" Susan Han was a great customer service rep for Qin and kept me in the loop from start to finish. Will use them again.

The quality is so good! I'd suggest ordering their samples to see how good the quality is. Some templates received were not correct, but was swiftly corrected in new email attachments. I had great customer service with Nelson. Only issue is how slow delivery is, but you can opt for quicker delivery for a cost.
