I had a lovely experience working with QinPrinting. Neon was my rep and gave me full attention for my order. I always knew what stage of the process my order was at, and Neon's communication was quick and friendly.

We worked with Daniel from Qin Printing and he answered all of our questions and was super patient! When receiving our samples they looked great and the process was super easy to get shipped!

The e-transfer payment seems fishy but they followed through on all asks so was totally fine! We just received our first batch and our getting ready to launch our product! Will definitely be restocking with Qin Printing again!

The staff is exceptional at going above and beyond. They pride themselves in making good products, so when I sent my versions that had some errors in them, they were quick to advise on them, reviewing each page for accuracy and letting me send multiple versions to finally settle on

I ordered 500 hardcover copies of my picture book which arrived in excellent condition and earlier than I expected. The pages are thick and beautifully glossy with vivid colors and attractively attached matte endpapers. The embossed, gold foiled covers are beautiful and give the books that extra special touch! Each book was thoughtfully plastic wrapped which will create a "gift experience" for customers who purchase the books and have to unwrap them. My QinPrinting sales rep is Jane Lee. She even provided some videos and photos that I could use to promote the book on my website and social media. I highly recommend this company for picture book printing!
