You have a better chance of making money on a supermarket poker machine in NV, I would call these leads junk, but that would be giving the leads more credit than they deserve, avoid this, 100% useless

I definitely got sold a false promise by this company. I’ve worked with many different lead sources over the five years I’ve been in the real estate business with of course varied results. When a sales rep from Qazzoo reached out to me, I expressed my reservations and of course they sold me on their bill of goods. I paid $800 upfront. my mistake. In the three months that Qazzoo was my lead service, I have gotten zero dollars in return! the leads that I called were either non-responsive (and im not talking after one call but a month of calls, texts and emails) or said that they never filled anything out asking for real estate help. At the end of the first month, I reached out to the company and expressed my concern at the type of leads that were being sent to me. My sales rep was nowhere to be found. I had to reach out multiple times before getting an answer. They promised to help me, but provided no further support. Working with this company was a waste of $800. I’m both frustrated And upset at myself that I allowed them to sell me on their service. Future clients and buyers beware

Be careful, this company stole $1,794 from me (equivalent to 6 months' worth of $299 per month). I signed up with this company for only 3 months; I gave them my credit card, then I decided to give it another try for another 3 months without a contract, and when I asked to cancel it, they said yes, didn't charge my credit card for one month but then, charged me every month even during the dispute months...I agreed to the first 6 months, but then they stole from me from December 2024 til June 2025
I had to change my credit card as the only way to stop them... The leads I received were only people trying to buy foreclosure properties without cash..

There are many "lead gen" companies out today, but I have not experienced the excellence in customer service that I have received from Qazzoo. I have been with Qazzoo off and on for many years, but this year was different because of one of their relationship managers, Meleah Riddle! Meleah continued to follow up with me until we connected, then she took the effort to be patient, compassionate while remaining professional as she represented Qazzoo excellently! Spoke with Chuck Willis and he’s your typical salesman. Super sweet day 1. He offered me a free month and a discount and told me I didn’t have a deadline to make a descion the next morning he called, still undecided I started to ask more questions wanting to know about the negative reviews and he got super upset. Talking over me, projecting his voice, then he took back the deal he gave me said I’m not giving him anything so he can’t give me anything 😂😂 I really did/do want to sign up but now I don’t know because Chuck Willis definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

Real Estate Agents: Read Before Using Qazzoo
On March 13, 2025, I was charged $1,500 by Qazzoo after being promised 20 leads per month in the NE, NW, and Central parts of Chicago and Cook County. Long story short: those leads don’t exist.
Within 7 days, I requested a refund due to "services not being rendered as promised." I followed up again 7 days later, and then another 7 days after that, asking for a full refund.
This post is to help other real estate agents avoid the same situation — and if you're already in it, here’s exactly what to do.
What to Do If You’ve Been Charged:
Dispute the charge immediately with your credit or debit card company. File a fraud case for “services not rendered as promised.” (This is your case!) Your bank will cancel your card and issue a new one — this is important because you do not want Qazzoo to have your card number.
Document everything: dates, names, phone calls, emails, and what was promised (in my case: 20 leads/month in specific Chicago zones). Keep a detailed log. This is crucial esp with the next parts.
Contact Qazzoo leadership directly:
-On Linkedin, I reached out to Mark Urbanski (Qazzoo's Owner/CEO) and any Director or CEO and asked him to contact me within 24 hours.
-On the app Forewarn, I looked up Mark Urbanski and called each phone number (but did not leave messages).
File formal complaints:
-Better Business Bureau (BBB)
-Your State Attorney General’s Office (select “fraud” or “services not rendered”)
*Include names: Make sure you record and include the names of your sales rep and customer service manager. These will be required for your complaint with the State Attorney’s office.
*Once your complaint is filed, reach out again to your Qazzoo contacts and let them know you’ve filed with the State Attorney including using their names.
My Outcome:
Twelve hours after I notified Qazzoo that I had filed a complaint with the State Attorney General’s Office, I received a full refund. YES! Be diligent!
Final Note to Fellow Agents:
If this happened to you — speak up. Be factual, firm, and professional. Keep records. And share your story.
