Pyramid Collection Reviews 

Like many others, after placing an order on the Pyramid Collection website, I immediately started to be billed $16.24 monthly for the VIP Club--that I never knowingly signed up for. I have tried to call Customer Service, I have Emailed, I have filled out forms on their website--no cancellation.

Tonight, after seeing my Amex was charged for the 11th month in a row--I scoured the Pyramid website--finally found out how to cancel--called the number and spoke to an agent to cancel--and received a confirmation Email within minutes. OMG what a nightmare this has been.

Here's what I found out...

On their website, at the very top right, click on "VIP Club". Scroll down slightly and on the right, you'll see a blue box called "Enroll in VIP". Click on that link, and scroll all the way down. On the very bottom right where it says "Helpful Links", click on "FAQ". Then click on "How can I cancel my membership". And then you'll see this:

To cancel by phone, you can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 855-226-7046. If you would prefer to cancel online, simply log in to your account at PyramidCollectionVIP.**and click on Account from the main navigation menu. Then click the Cancel Membership link, and follow the instructions provided. You can also email us your cancellation request at CustomerService@PyramidCol** or submit it through the "Contact Us" form. However you do it, our Customer Service Department will process your cancellation right away.

Half of my closet is from this company. Every order arrives, on time and is as pictured. My husband buys oodles from this company for me. My wedding dress was bought here. They have a "membership" thing where you agree to try it for 30 days free and get a % discount then later it cost $. Don't sign up for that. Bogus. Doesn't even make sense and Pyramid is silly for partnering w/ this deal. Stick to unique clothes and costumes. I have no issues w/ this company.

I see that my complaint is not first and probably wont be last.
I ordered one item from Pyramid collection and later I was checking my charges and noticed $14,95 charge from Pyramid.
When I called I was told it was charges for their VIP membership which I never ordered, had no idea even existed and never gave them authorisation to charge my credit card for it.
I called already twice in order to cancel charges which I never ordered at first place. I will never ever order from Pyramid again. Buyers be aware. This company is very dishonest and does scam you

I am living paycheck to paycheck as a single mom and i had $20 in my account. I went to by my kid and myself food and I couldn’t because the pyramid collection withdrew $15 for a membership fee that i never signed up for. This is the second month in a row they have charged me after i called and cancelled. They said refund in 3 days so no dinner for me. Also the rep hung up on me when i was talking to her in a totally polite and professional manner. the pyramid collection customer service sucks and they are thieves!

My item never arrived. I called customer service and was first asked if I had checked my mailbox for it.

I wanted to tell him, "No, I checked my oven." I was then told to wait another day even though Fed Ex, USPS, and Pyramid emailed delivery receipts. Then I was told to check with the shipper. I told them I paid for customer service, so it was their job. I was put on hold and then rushed off the phone.

The gentleman wouldn't even let me speak. He promised to have an answer for me the next day. End of the next day, I called back and was told to give it 2-3 more days. I said no.

I asked for a replacement or a refund. Today, I was charged for the replacement! I immediately called back to cancel everything and was told the order was in the warehouse and to just wait for it. I insisted and was told they would ship it and I could return it for a credit.

That is three phone calls and a double charge on a blouse I never received. I'll never shop here again.

The experience was so lacking that even if the item showed up now, I could never enjoy wearing it. Sad

Still being charged the monthly $14.99 "CLUB" fee after stupidly making a purchase of an instock costume that arrived way too late, 6 weeks late. I;ve been assured by customer service that they will remove the monthly charge but looks like I have to go to my bank because it just keeps showing up on my statement. BTW the costume pant was ordered in a size medium, arrived in an XL and I was charged a 20% restocking fee for returning.
Honestly the owners of this company should be in jail or given an award for the best ripoff around. Amazon offers a great service for their 99.00 a YEAR club fee. BTW you may notice they do NOT sell on Amazon because they could never get close to the performance standards that Amazon demands of it's vendors. Do yourself a favor and find another source.

The material is so totally cheap and different from my first order! The cloth is thin and very cheap and the size is totally off! I was so disappointed on this dress! My friend suggest me I should buy another from dresswoo.com she always buy.
