Very fast. People are friendly, I had by mistake ordered 2x the same puzzle, they refunded me right away. Shipping costs are very reasonable. To recommend.

Had a wonderful experience ordering a rare puzzle they had in stock plus special ordering a few others they don’t usually carry. Communication was extremely professional and responsive. The special order was placed and fulfilled very quickly, and shipping all the way to Canada was surprisingly fast.
