I found mugs I really liked on Amazon and placed an order. They arrived a day late and despite the protective packaging, both were damaged. There was a business card for Purity in with the mugs. I contacted them with photos, they gave me an immediate refund.
Having been unable to find anything comparable in local shops, I reordered the mugs directly from Purity. They arrived swiftly, undamaged by Royal Mail and cost less than through Amazon.

The sizing was incorrect so I will have to pay to return the goods. My son measured himself to make sure he got the right size, but when it arrived it was too small. Delivery was good. Packaging minimal, but secure.
