I eagerly awaited my phone case, which took 12 days to arrive. No big deal. When I received it, it looked nothing like I expected. It was extremely bulky and the gold color looked very cheap. According to their website site, I could return the case for any reason within 14 days. I emailed them right away (exactly what the website says to do-it’s their only form of communication), and the email was sent back to me saying it was undeliverable.

This was not a cheap purchase, and I expect quality and prompt customer service when spending this much. I am extremely disappointed, and will not purchase from this company again, or recommend it to anyone.

Purity phone cases are of very, very low quality. You can buy similar phone cases on Temu for between $2-$8!! Stay away from this website!!

I received my 3 items (2 phone cases and 1 phone ring) from Purity, delivery took a while but they did arrive. All seemed good but within 2 -3 weeks the gold edges of the diva cover were worn off. I advised Purity but was told I had the product just over 14 days so was not eligible for a replacement or refund. These covers are around £39 but not expected to last beyond 2 weeks! They did offer me a 10% discount off another purchase but I wouldn't buy anything from then again. 😡
