My annual phone call to renew. Appreciate always being able to speak to someone..this morning I spoke with Taylor very helpful to me. I receive a great service from Pure and knowing someone at the end of a ph.c gives great reassurance ..no AI ...bliss

Had an issue regarding a charge for a router that I was never sent a box to return it. Got on the phone to support and Charlene got me sorted. Couldn't get the box sent to the new address so the charge for the router was refunded.

Once again stellar work from PT support, easiest time I've ever had with ISP customer or technical support. If I could continue being a customer in the new area I would but sadly they don't provide the same level of service in the new area.

The agent i was talking to could not have been more helpful. It was a pleasure talking to Samantha great at her job. thank you .

I had the pleasure of dealing with Samantha today. She was excellent. A very pleasant personality and very helpfull.

It poor service when I need it to be fixed as I am an old age pensioner and I depends on that phone line I still have no phone line for 12 days

I spoke to Teresa in relation to my recent bill. I am on a contract and was over charged. She rectified the problem and refunded me the €10. She was also able to give me €10 for the inconvenience caused

Top class order fulfilment. Painless switchover from Eir. Too early to comment on broadband QoS, but very happy so far. Pure Telecom have been the only service provider to be upfront about the speed in my area. All the others have lied!

Very helpful and friendly Racheal couldn't help enough was such smooth set up thanks so much Racheal from Jimmy for sorting his internet he was delighted when got in from school could watch minions 🤣

Daniel helped me connect to my broadband with ease, he was very efficient and patient!!

As an existing customer, it's sometimes hard to access deals created exclusively for new customers. I wanted a Gig at the new customer rate, and Pure obliged. That's the reason I have been loyal to Pure for many years. The people working there have a can-do attitude towards their customers.

Absolutely terrible customer care. Phoned to pay and cancel account in January following the death of my mother. They never cancelled the account, only noticed when going through the accounts. Rang them and they basically called me a liar that i had cancelled. I asked them to go through their call logs, they told me there was nothing for when i asked but said there was one call on the day before but they didn't review it.
They finally accepted the account was cancelled but made me wait 6 weeks for refund by cheque.
Complete joke of a company.

Was chatting to Rachel in the technical support department. She was super great at her job and a lovely attitude. Very good at her job. 👏

Daniel from Pure was very helpful in resolving my internet access problem. He has excellent technical knowledge and gave me advice in easy to understand steps. My problem was resolved by Daniel very quickly and efficiently. Thank you

Contactable, easy to deal with , they want to do a good job , can't see myself moving from pure telecom. Keep up the good work.

I need to give more then stars for Pure Telecom the staff are outstanding and very professional and David and Daniel were very professional at their job I have to give 11 stars out of 10.

Really like this company. They offer no nonsense RELIABLE broadband. Just off the phone with Samantha - she is a breath of fresh air to deal with. Again, no nonsense! Highly recommend!
