The shoes are exactly how they are described. Very comfortable and durable. The first week of receiving the shoes I wore them on a 10k hilly off road hike and they did a fantastic job over all kinds o... See more

Feet relief
The shoes were exactly as described. They are very comfortable to wear and my feet do not hurt as they did before.
Not fit for purpose
Not fit for purpose, poor customer service and misleading 30 day money back guarantee.
Everest Pro. After a gentle stroll in the Kent Countryside my wife and I discovered that the insoles on our brand new Purestep shoes had started to fall apart. Not good for the first outing with these shoes. I contacted customer service and asked if they'd had a problem with the insoles and explained the issue. I also asked if the shoes should be returned under the 30 day no quibble money back guarantee. The response from the company was that as the shoes had been worn they would not accept returns. They did not address the issues with the insoles or offer to replace them. This is a shame because the shoes were comfortable until insoles delaminated making them unfit for purpose.
Excellent service and excellent product.
Purestep customer service were fast to respond, gave clear instructions as to what I needed to do and resolved the issue very satisfactorily. I am a returning customer and their shoes are amazing.
Delivery takes an age from China and not waterproof as claimed
They are comfortable and wide enough for my feet. That's the good news.
Not worn in rain but whilst out this morning I encountered a little dew on the grass, which came straight through shoes even though I'd paid extra for the waterproof treatment. So don't waste money paying for that. Only wear in bone dry conditions.
Advertised as Purestep UK I assumed they were a UK company. Wrong! They come on a slow boat from China and took an age.
Delivered as expected, comfy
Delivered as expected. Love the shoes. They're more for winter, but I wore them on a cold wet day earlier this month and they kept my feet warm and dry. Very very comfortable - I have wide feet and a bunion on one foot.
This company is a scam Chinese company
This company is a scam Chinese company. Ordered items took a long time to arrive and they say you can return items but make it very difficult and you have to pay £20+ to send them back to china. Then after over 6 months then returned items came back. We had no communication from them after they supplied the return info and as they waterproofed the items we didn't even get a full refund. Avoid at all costs.
Prompt response to my enquiry
Initial problem with the website…
Initial problem with the website registering me on two separate email addresses so my order got lost but impressed with the speed of response to sort this. Cannot comment on the shoes yet as they have yet to be delivered.
The wrong size was sent initially
The wrong size was sent initially. I noticed on ordering that the size selection defaulted to 3.5 when I made a change to the order. I changed it back to the required size and submitted, but suspect the size defaulted back again as size 3.5 was delivered. Delivery took longer than I expected. When I contacted Purestep, they sent the correct size and only charged me delivery. This time, the shoes were delivered quickly. The shoes are exactly what my husband wanted, nice and wide at the toe, and he finds them very comfortable. We will buy them again, but hopefully the size selection will not kerp defaulting to 3.5 next time!
Delivery HiccupI made a mistake with the sizing…
I had made a mistake with the sizing and was treated more than fairly by the company for which I very grateful. They
made a potentially stressful situation straightforward. The product is very good and comfortable. Stylish too
Good product but overpriced for what…
Good product but overpriced for what they are. Long delivery times as they are dispatched from China. Otherwise okay.
Do not buy this product
Do not buy this product, despite what the reviews say they're fake.
Poor quality one size 11, I could barely get on my feet and the width was so tight despite them staying wide fit. The other pair, as size 11 were like clown feet, over sized and felt cheap and poor quality.
On asking to return them, I was told I would only get store credit, and have to pay £20 handling fee to return them. What an absolute joke of a company. Standard, cheap poor quality Chinese product, relying on western consumers as a way to drain cash out of our economy.
This company are a disgrace
This company are a disgrace. DO NOT BUY. Firstly they sent me the wrong size of shoe, then as a "good will gesture" they said I could keep the useless pair of shoes and pay £10 to have the correct size shipped. When I then asked for a refund I was expected to complete 2 long winded forms and front the £23 shipping cost up front to return them to China where upon receipt they will refund what I paid for the shoes and give me £20 towards shipping, so not a full refund. The marketing is slick but this company certainly feels like scammers. Avoid at all costs.
Excellent shoes
I have suffered with Plantar Faciatis and neuropathy for years. I tried the purestep motion and love them so ordered the walking ones. My only regret is I followed the size guidance and it said 9.5 (I'm usually 8-8.5) and they are too big so started to be uncomfortable as not the right size. I ordered the size down for the new pair and perfect. I have worn them so not sure I can return as I am happy with the product so the " money back" guarantee doesn't really apply! I will donate to a homeless charity and order some more :-)
Purestep shoes. At last shoes for feet not for looks
Nice product as advertised. Reasonably priced. Prompt delivery. Will buy again.
Comfy shoes. Delivery rather slow.
Comfy shoes although this particular pair seemed larger than others I've had from the company.
Delivery is quite slow to the UK
Lightweight and comfortable
Prompt delivery. Product exactly as described. Incredibly lightweight but good tough soles. My only hesitation is whether there is sufficient support for the foot when walking. I'll find out after use!
