Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced from a company!

I am in the initial whirlwind of puppy fostering which comes with several issues like transitioning food, upset stomachs, not knowing weight, etc.

I wrote to the customer service team letting them know my problems, how I still had the majority of the food from my last order, but also that the weight initially given to me by the charity was wrong so that the measurements were all off and asked if they could help me. The team immediately cancelled and refunded my next delivery so I could catch up, and went into my profile and changed the weights so future deliveries would be correct, and also advised how to continue with my current order.

This sort of proactive and intelligent response is exactly what saves the back and forth I experience with other companies. Thank you so much for your help!

The food is tailored to your dogs needs. The measures are easy to use. Bags resealable. Healthy and nutritious ingredients. My dog is so fussy and does not like dog food in general, we have tried so many. She loves this and we couldn’t be happier.

40% off your first order. But you only get enough food for 2weeks on your initial order. So I do not believe that is value for money and also misleading when signing up to the subscription.
I can say my dog has enjoyed the food, however it smells awful. Upon ordering I put that my dog has smelly breath and tear stains. I was led to believe this was tailored to my dog and would include items in the tailor made food to combat these issues. My dogs breath and tears stains have got worse not better. I’ve been using the food now for 3 weeks.
I’m glad I delayed the next order and unless you can convince me this order was actually tailor made for my dog and not just a mass produced batch you send out to all your first order customers.

Bertie has always had a sensitive tummy since using Pure we have noticed a massive difference.

Also when I have wanted to delay the delivery it is not a problem just notify the company and they will do exactly that.

I must admit I was a little bit hesitant at first as Molly is extremely fussy however we have persevered with her food and now she just loves it. She has even tried some of the other flavours. She has lost weight, licking less and generally seems happier in herself. Her bowel movements have been much better. Highly recommend Pure.

She wasn't sure for first few days. But after about a week of perseverance, she now loves it and cleans her bowl every time. Easy to mix and no weighty bags to carry!

Sales person was excellent and spent a lot of time ensuring my dog was getting the correct plan. Delivery is excellent and the quality of the food is very good. But the most important thins is that Dylan absolutely loves his new food and the variety of flavours available,

Pure Pet Food the company goes out of its Way to provide the best Service The BEST FOOD AND TREATS and the best over all care to its customers..they keep track of your dogs health and changes which means a lot when there older breeds ..they change the food accordingly if required.you can pause your order any time which is excellent if you travel like me and my pets .I LOVE THIS COMPANY 😀 ❤️ My one wish is that I'd discovered Pure Pet Food when my dogs were younger ...maybe there health and bones would be better now.ORDER TODAY TRIAL IT YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOOSE BUT YOUR DOG /DOGS HAVE SO MUCH TO GAIN ..Its FREE DELIVERY .ps I've been using this for a year now and I'll never go back to other foods .

Easy to store and easy to use especially when feeding raw foods and away in the caravan with not much freezer space.
Dogs love it and they look amazing on it...

My fussy chihuahua likes the chicken and lamb flavours, not the fish unfortunately but I have another dog who would eat the bag it comes in as well so no waste!!! My dog can't have peas as he has a heart issue but as the food is dried it's so easy to just take them out before I mix it. Measure the water by eye now and sometimes make it into little treat balls as a snack for both dogs... Healthier than bought treats. I mix it sometimes with other food they like, it's very very versatile. Great bags thank goodness for velcro!

My puppy loves his food.
My last order was 4 different flavours. He is almost 5 months old and he is the picture of health and he is never lethargic or tired.
It's measured based on his breed and weight and it could not be easier to feed him.
Also. much less waste/rubbish from tins etc

Reggie loves this food after suffering really bad pancreatitis we finally found a good healthy food, if you have any problems they are super helpful and couldn’t do enough to help , can’t rate them highly enough

Pure pet food are professional but also personable, their communication is friendly, warm and fun! Our dog loves his food and we have enjoyed discovering which recipes are his favourite (it’s duck for him).

We love Pure Pet Food! Jura does her amazing happy dance at meal times and goes absolutely berserk at bed time when its time for her dental stick. She loves it. We started using Pure to try to help her with her allergies. It has helped to some degree. She loves it so I'll keep on buying it. We do find though that some months despite properly measuring meals that sometimes we are a day or 2 short and have to substitute a few meals which costs more over and above what we pay already but wouldn't have it any other way as she loves it sooooo much

One of my dogs didn’t take to the first order so I told them and they sent samples of other flavours. He’s now more than happy to eat it all up. Very helpful and easy to order!
