I appreciate the fact that someone is not out to kill us with their product. I wish I never picked up a vape. I k ew they were bad news and caused irreversible harm to your lungs and organs but that smell kept drawing me in and I had to quit smoking cigs after decades of smoking my chest hurt to smoke cigarettes. So I replaced them with vaping and boy am I hooked. So when I saw Pure and the great ingredients their diffusers used I figured I would give them a try. I really liked all the different ones I got to try in the 6-pack but it just didn’t have any nicotine so even though I would try just to use the Pure diffusers, I still needed a puff or ten from my vape. Maybe if it were easier to get patches from the online “help” site it could work but I have not been able to qualify for the free patches the tobacco companies are paying for even though I am of age and have spent thousands of dollars buying cigarettes. This world is so crazy these days it sure is nice to discover a company like Pure.

I really like these pure bars. I've heard about them from ads and decided to actually try them and I do enjoy them. My favorite so far is the cool mint frost caffeine diffuser. Gives a nice sensation through my nose. I look forward to trying different ones!

Customer service was great! Website was really easy to work with and a wide variety of options. One thing to work on is showing what is out of stock or not because I was emailed that one of my diffusers were out of stock even though the website never told me so.

The product does not taste good to me, it makes my mouth extremely dry, it does not make me feel positive, and it makes my tongue feel like a dry sponge. I do not feel the positive affects mentioned and now I want to vape more than ever before. I don't know what to think when the product says none of the advertised information is backed by science. It feels like I've wasted my money, and I'd really like a refund.

I absolutely love the people at Pure, and I love the product. I started in college freshman year, and I've barely stopped since! Lovely taste!

I'm trying to quit smoking, and giving Pure a try. I'm not smoking as much. So I'm ready hoping they work.

I received the wrong diffusers. I tried reaching out to the company to see if I could return them, but no response. So, I'm stuck with diffusers I don't want and haven't used.

The buying experience was quick and easy. The product is good, it just doesn't work well on someone with a health conditions.

Fast reliable service

I put a pause on Pure until I decided I was committed to quitting. Once I was and re-subscribed I was very happy to learn that they had considered my re-packaging suggestions! The boxes were pretty & nice but a lot more eco-friendly now! And the Pineapple/Kiwi flavor? Love, Love, Love! I have a quit day in 16 days, this flavor the closest to the menthol I've smoked for years and am confident Pure will help me stay Quit! Great Customer Service and easy to re-arrange your subscription when/if necessary! And No Nicotine? Fabolous!!!

The web page was easy to navigate, and any order issues I had were cleared up promptly.

Accidentally signed up for the subscription and only wanted to do the one time order. The cs agent was wonderful. She responded within 2 days and took care of everything. I really like the pure, been cigarette free for 2 months and they really helped the hand to mouth addiction. Will definitely order again when needed. The diffusers I've gotten work great! The flavors are strong, they seem to do what they promise, and they're a very convenient size.
The customer service is phenomenal! Quick responses.

I love these to help the addiction especially when its more of the movement, although I was unaware that the cheap price I payed was becuase I signed up for a subscription, so watch for that. But the customer service is great and so is the product

I wouldn’t even give 1 star but I had to. My diffusers weren’t in the box as shown on any videos from the site. They will not work.
